My wife and I bought a Mitsubishi Pajero a couple of months ago with only 12000 KMs (2020—21) model. Sales person while selling the car talked all great things including warranty and extended warranty options. But afte buying the car, within two days car battery started giving issue. The technician came to our home. He evaluated and ran some diagnostic tests and confirmed that the battery was fine. However, last week, Battery failed within barely two months of purchase of pre-certified car which underwent several multi-point checks and inspection. We had to pay about 750 AED and get new battery as CARS 24 refused to replace it. We have to now claim it through the insurance.
The car's enfotainment system along with backup camera also started malfunctioning. When we reached out to Customer service, we were told that being an electronic system, it would not be covered. This was contrary to what the Sales person told us. He said the warranty of six months would cover all the systems (assuming he included entertainment and battery as well.).
I have purchased so many cars both new and pre-owned or pre-certified in the USA, India and the UAE, but never had such issue where one system or other starts malfunctioning or failing.
Based on our very bad experience with CARS24, we request customers NOT TO to buy anything from such organizations who would make false promises or narrations at the time of sale and then change their colors when the problem starts. Their multipoint checks and inspection are farse and manipulated otherwise how can one explain Battery, enfomaint system, cameras etc, start failing within 2 months and that too when the car is under the guarantee/warranty period of six months and extended upto one year thereafter.
Be careful while dealing with them and read every sentence when you sign the agreement and the paperwork.
They are unreliable, manupalative, and not trustworthy.
We spent AED 750 to replace the Battery and about AED 1300 to replace the malfunctioning Enfomaint system and backup camera in a new car withing two weeks of purchase and that too when the car is still under warranty.

1) Unreliable and Not trustworthy organization. 2) It seems they do sell cars that have had major accidents but the organization denies it when you ask the question. 3) Pathetic Customer and After- sales service. 4) Do not believe what their Sales representative says. Please carefully read every word in the agreement. Make sure any major electrical, battery and enfomaint system (including Backup camera) are included in the warranty period for a free replacement in case of any issue or a problem.

I bought a jaguar xj 2027 model from this frauds just last month with full cash amount back in July 2023. As the bank finance didn’t go through. They harassed me day and night by calling and texting to take the car. So I finally got it. After they delivered the car they kept the service log book to themselves which I saw during the test drive. When I requested them to give it. They stalled me for one month straight. Keep in mind I had to call them everyday. Send hundred of text and email only to get no responses for days. In less than 10 days of getting the car and driving less than 100kms. The car was showing suspension fault. For which they tried to blow it off by saying it’s just the sensors malfunctioning. After finally convincing them to take the car back to their garage, here I am after almost two weeks with no car and no updates. Finally after a month of frustration my wife and I decided to return the car and ask for a refund. So we went to their corporate office in downtown to request them for a refund but their customer manager rudely denied without any explanation or solution. Saying we only had one week to return the car. Keep in mind their team we stalling me for the service log book for more than two weeks after we purchased the car. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY and the dubai police and rta should atleast fine them for how they are operating through misinformation and misleading the customers. They did not disclose the information about the car having major suspension issues. And they wasted one month of my time by saying they lost the official service log book. Please I request everyone to not waste their time with this company and look for better alternatives.

Upon my visit, I was appalled to find that the quoted price for the service exceeded 2, 000 AED, a stark contrast to the mere 30 AED I spent elsewhere to resolve the same issue. This blatant attempt to overcharge and make money off unsuspecting customers is both unethical and unjustifiable.
Furthermore, the ongoing tire wobbling problem, which was assured to be addressed, remains unresolved since the service date. This persistent issue demonstrates their disregard for providing effective solutions and underscores their focus on financial gain.
The missed call on the agreed-upon date only compounds my frustration, as it shows a lack of accountability and professionalism.
I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be wary of these unethical practices. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for this establishment to rectify its approach, prioritize customer well-being, and uphold the values of transparency and honesty.
Do not buy a car from Cars24! I have suffered from the past 10 months after a purchase with all the below problems with no fault of mine. -Front bumper screws falling off -Back trunk door paint peeling off. -side mirrors lose -Tyre pressure indicator faulty -Passenger window switch faulty -Gear knob switch broke — Radio does not turn off every time the car is switched off -Fluid leak from underneath the car
Now all of these issues popped up after purchase from time to time it has just been a waste of time, money and not worth the value of money paid for the car
There is nothing that I liked apart from the fact that they bring the car to your location for test drive, plus they let you drive on an actual road so you can test car performance, while some other companies allow you to drive in a limited space where you cannot check full performance.

Too many to count. 1. Lag response 2. Customer relationship 3. Too many promises, too little delivered 4. Liars, Big time. Not even servicing the car 2 days after delivery and they promise 6 months warranty.

Any person will call you only once and then never call you back. Worst company to ever deal with. Hyundai company is saying the car is having problem but some on call customer support person who hasn't seen photo also of the car is not accepting it and the company says since he is saying car is ok so to hell with hyundai.
worst call center service and WORST so called “RELATIONSHIP MANAGER” they dont reply and seems they dont care.. they give me soo much stress buying a car!!

Don't waste your time with these people and most importantly don't pay the so called “reserve” for your car from being sold while you attempt to arrange finance with them as your car will still be advertised after you pay the reserve. The so called relationship managers do very little to enhance your experience and are impossible to get hold of. The call centre people aggrevate the situation further by going around in circles and never giving you a straight answer! If you want to and have the energy to waste your time, your money and have your intelligence insulted, them choose cars24. If not buy your next car from a more legitimate service provider who gives a damn on going the extra mile in placing you in a car. Cars 24 UAE is another prime example of how a great international concept can be destroyed by the local practices of taking your money first above customer experience

I got a car from this guys and the experience is really bad, they sold me a car which mortgage from the last owner is not released the reason of the delay. Car is dirty and I believe re-painted without informing the buyer. I found french fries and chips at the back of the car.

They sell cars which are definitely not as advertised. Most are accident cars. Yes you can give 2 years warranty free registration and insurance but when the cars are duds which is the main product. Someone should check and audit their buying team. I checked a Range Rover with them. The odometer said 105,000 kms and when I took the Vin No to Range Rover found out the mileage was 150,000 back in 2020. Bought a Yaris from them asli was a accident car. Balloons and chocolates they give when you get the car delivered does not hide the fact their cars are questionable and dodgy

I was going to buy a Pajero from them. The process, the ride, the car — everything was fine. But when I asked for the service history of the car, I was told that they don't provide that. Taking into account that some of the systems like electrics, ignition, etc. are not covered by their “warranty”, I asked if there is a chance to do a RTA check, just to have any idea of what the car was going through in the past. I was informed that only cars with price above 80k are allowed to do that and since mine was around 60k I was rejected, even I clearly stated I am gonna pay for that. So please be aware that you can buy a car with no proven history and a “warranty” that doesn't cover some systems. And what is more they don't even let you check it just to mitigate the risk. Day 1 it breaks, you are on your own.
Immediate call after request, no problem solving capacity, simply useless customer care.
Disadvantages
Can't thrust words and their system. It will change in every minute,

Do expect to wait for your car for at least 2 weeks if you are paying for cash, probably a month if you are taking finance.
Wasted one full weekend day just waiting at home and just constantly being lied to and I have to wait, I kept waiting and kept waiting and kept waiting.. honestly I thought that i’m one of the most patient person out there but seriously this has peaked my worst experience.
I am at my two weeks mark after test driving the car on 14th November, paid for the 1000AED token immediately after the test drive. This relationship manager (“RM”), Dinesh Kumar, told me that there are “tech issues” with the payment links delay for 3—4 days, managed to only be able to pay for the car 1 week after the car, and told me the car could be delivered in 48hrs after the payment, which I did on 21st November, Sunday.
So on Tuesday this RM told me that there is some issue with the service center, okay so I waited.
On Thursday, 25th November, told me that the RTA system is down and have problem registering the car and ask me to wait for an SMS. And if I don’t receive it by 8pm they would have to do it on Saturday morning. I decided then to call RTA to check on the system issue. WHAT A TOTAL FRAUD! RTA told me that there was no system issue! I’ve raised a ticket with the government on this brazen fraud.
The RM decided to just IGNORE MY CALLs now.
It’s Saturday morning now and I called CARS24.com and raised a complain, this is the ticket number 8478, and they haven’t got back to me yet. Their feedback system is just another way to waste your time.
I was at 5 stars for CARS24 3 weeks ago, now it’s dropped at 1 star. I would very wary of their so called other aftersales bullcrap of free warranties. Wanted to recommmend them to my friends earlier, DEFINITELY NOT SO NOW
Update: it’s 8pm now, they told it will be delivered from 7-8pm.. never happened, this company is a joke..

I must say they are really exceptional till the point of providing a test drive. They are very professional to this point. They also have some great clean accident free and zero km cars. Pricing is also very decent. Issue is — after you pay the 2000 for confirming booking the car they go to sleep. Its been 2 days. I had informed the RM that i have my own banker and i need vehicle details and quotation to move forward. I also asked for warranty details from manufacturer of the car and the RM assured me that he will get the details and definitely communicate. I called the RM landline number (no response), called the call center (they say they will inform the RM). Really sad to see how a great beginning doesn't necessarily create a great impression. And now the funniest part — I am getting emails from probably their systems that i need to submit my documents else my booking will be cancelled. LOL… – show

Very Bad experience so far. After paying deposit to reserve the car on the app, its been 4 days already no relationship manager contacted me. Calling on call center again and again and they are just logging complain. My Booking ID is MVHSEB.
