They take your card without notifying you even though the rental is in progress. They do not answer the phone or emails. The customer service is deplorable, it's the first time in my life that I have to deal with such a pathetic customer service. This is truly the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with.

Wir hatten mir unserem gemieteten Auto einen Reifen Platzer der nicht eigenverschuldet war. Nach Rückfrage bei der 24 Pannenhilfe wurde uns mitgeteilt das wir doch bitte den Reifen selber wechseln sollen da es sonst bis zu 4 Stunden dauern kann bist jemand kommt. Dies taten wir dann auch. Als wir dann am Flughafen ankamen wollten die einen Polizei Bericht für einen reifen Plazer bekommt man aber keinen Bericht. Und wurde vom Stations Leiter Versprochen das wir nur die Tatsächlichen Kosten des Reifens zahlen müssen in diesem Fall (652 AED). Ca. 3 Tage später wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich die vollen 1500AED Selbstbeteiligung bezahlen muss weil kein Polizei Bericht vorliegt. (wir erinnern uns für eine Reifen Platzer bekommt man in Dubai keinen Polizei Bericht). Das ist GEPLANTE ABZOCKE ich werde das auf jeden Fall durch Anwälte Prüfen lassen. Mieter dort KEINEN Wagen. Auf der Kopie des Übergabe Protokoll ist sogar ersichtlich das der Reifen Einen Beschädigung hatte. Das ist abzocke und Betrug dort.
We had a puncture in our rented car which was not our own fault. After enquiring at the 24 breakdown service, we were told that we should please change the tyre ourselves, as otherwise it can take up to 4 hours until someone arrives. This is what we did. When we arrived at the airport, they wanted a police report for a tyre plazer, but you don't get a report. The station manager promised that we would only have to pay the actual cost of the tyre in this case (652 AED). About 3 days later I was told that I had to pay the full 1500 AED excess because there was no police report. (remember you don't get a police report for a puncture in Dubai). This is a planned rip-off and I will definitely have this checked by lawyers. Do NOT rent a car there. On the copy of the handover protocol it is even evident that the tyre was damaged. This is rip-off and fraud there.… – show

Franchement, j'ai jamais vu sa de ma vie tellement c'était catastrophique!!! Arrivé à 00h45 g récupérer mon véhicule vers 03h du matin… aucun véhicule n'était sur place, une file d'attente énorme alors que nous avions tous réservé, et une attente dans le parking ou il faisait une chaleur étouffante, je mets 1 étoile parce que je peux pas mettre 0!

I hired a car from Dubai Terminal 3 from the 17th to the 21st November as I was attending the Abu Dhabi GP. The vehicle I received was damaged. Every panel had scratches and the vehicle was previously panelbeated as there was a mismatch of the paint throughout the vehicle. The vehicle had close to 50000KM on the clock. The door rubbers were coming off and there was an irritating wind noise. Added the to the above, there was a constant rattle sound coming from different places in the car. I will surely not use Europcar again be it in Dubai or any other country.… – show

Une organisation déplorable, j’ai déjà loué a de multiple reprise à Dubaï à différents loueurs de voiture mais là vraiment la pire organisation, Le bureau est fermé à la sortie de la salle dès bagage, alors que d’habitude c’est la où on s’enregistre pour les autres companies puis on va chercher la voiture au parking mais la il faut aller dans le parking du terminal 3 pour s’enregistrer, ou une queue monstrueuse, nous attend, plus d’une heure de queue plus tard et un enregistrement de extrêmement lent on nous dis qu’il faut maintenant attendre 1 heure de plus pour avoir la voiture, si vous n’êtes pas pressé foncé sinon oublier vraiment je regrette d’avoir loué à cette entreprise…… – show

اما سياسه شركة التاجير =التامين كبير جدا 2500 درهم ورجع بعد شهرين =تمت الخصومات على البانزين وسالك. = يجب التواصل معهم باستمرار للحصول على التامين. = قم بتصوير السيارة بالفيديوا من تحت وفوق وجميع الجهات حتي لايتهموك بالتسبب بالاضرار لحفظ حق الجميع. = والافضل انك ماتحجز بالنت وتمر تشوف السيارات المتوفرة وحجمها وهل تتسع للاشخاص والحقائب الاسعار والتامين الكامل من جميع الشركات قبل ان تقرر الاستئجار. = واخذ البريد الالكتروني والهواتف للتواصل مع الشركة في حاله وجود اي استفسارات.… – show

Hi, Don't purchase from them the full insurance of 0 excess, because if something happened to the car even a scratch, you will have to give them a police report, we reached to the airport and we didn't notice that the car was scratch, so we had to pay for it the full amount as we didn't have the police report, so buy insurance from a 3rd party company then you don't need to get police report. Otherwise the car was perfect but I'm not happy that I had to pay 525AED extra for the scratch even though that I purchased the 0 excess.… – show

Nach Mietwagen Rückgabe, hatten wir einen Kratzer, welcher von der Vollkaskoversicherung grundsätzlich übernommen wird. Die Dame am Schalter versuchte aber uns weis zu machen, dass dem nicht so sei und unbedingt ein Polizeibericht benötigt wird. Wir sollten also eine gesamte Fahrzeug Lackierung bezahlen. Erst als ich die Polizei angerufen habe und sie extra in die Filiale kam und vermittelt hat, dass kein Polizeibericht benötigt wird, wurde das Fahrzeug zurück genommen. Währenddessen war die Dame sehr unfreundlich und finge an zu schreien, weil ich Ihren Betrug aufdeckte. Die Dame hat eine Zahnspange und arbeitete am 26.09.22 zwischen 5:00 UHR und 6:00 UHR. Sehr unhöflich, unprofessionell und inkompetent.

We rented a car from them by rental, i felt in this branch terminal 3 that the staff want us to not come again, they asked from us requirements which its not mentioned the website, then they started argue with us in the way that really nerved my friend who has the rental under his name! We spent two hours flight from our country to dubai and almost one hour in the rental branch only!!!! The way also of communication is so frustrating us, then the first girl transferred us to another girl because she took the total case personal and the second one was worst than the first one in her reaction in the case!!! I need somebody from europe car who care about this company to contact me so i can understand what happened. The lady dosnt want to cancel the reservation and she doesn’t want to give the car, and she wants us to go back to airport to proof that we went in the country the visa, not on Iqama, ooh my God!!! Really worst experience for me at 5:00 am because of lack of knowledge, lack of communication, lack of customer centricity, lack of even self confidence that they want to cover there selves only for something not existing!… – show

I am sorry to say that my experience at Europcar DXB T3 has been negative, as it took one hour to get my car, and not because I had to queue, but because of the inefficiency and poor customer service at this location. It is important to clarify that, for some mysterious reasons, renting a car in the UAE is always a unnecessarily lengthy process, made of endless paperwork and disregard of the client's status: it doesn't matter of you are a Privilege Club member (or Hertz Gold, or AVIS President), they will still ask for your details again and again, and make sure to ignore the privileges you are entitled to. Still, in this case, and in addition to the long process, I was assigned a Mazda 6, with 60.000 kms. on it, stains all over every seat, and scratches everywhere. When I pointed out that they got me a wreck they should be ashamed of, they said it was 'the only available car'. I accepted the car as I was coming from a redeye flight and just wanted to go home. But I noticed that the bluetooth connection was not working. The dispatcher tried to make it work for a bit, but had to give up. And back into the office I was. At that point they said they will get me a 'much better and newer car' (so they DID have a better car available). Another 20 minutes later, I was finally on my way home on an acceptable car. So, unfortunately Europcar Dubai seems to have cars in very bad conditions and people with no customer service attitude. Go somewhere else, if you can.… – show
