    Disadvantages:
    BUYER BEWARE
    Yesterday I went to the JLT branch to extend my monthly contract. Dealt with Danial, he checked the car, mileage, etc, closed the old contract and opened a new one at a lesser price. I paid for the new month and left. 30 minutes later he claimed I needed to pay another 850AED due to over mileage charges.
    I told him this should have been told to me when I was there, so we will discuss in the morning to find some solution
    Today without any permission or consent they took the payment from my bank. Unethical and illegal.
    In the end they charged me over 2500 AED for a tiny kia Picanto,
    I have reported them to the consumer dept as none of this was told to me when I was at the branch renewing the car and legally they cant charge without consent from cardholder
    As a long term customer, 5 years, I am appalled at what they did. there are many rent a car companies, that work with ethics and take care of their customers
    Beware of them charging your bank whenever they want
    Not worth the stress and hassle

    Definitely the standard has dropped substantially, even though the prices increase. I was a loyal customer. Now looking to take my business elsewhere

    Such a bad experience will never go again what they say is totally different from when you will return the car & if you have a fine you are gone & if the car is dirty they will charge you 500 AED & there staff doesnt know calculations & their managment is totally dumb & if you are unfortunately stuck in traffic & time is passed by even a 1 minute they will charge you for whole day avoid this car rental it was a baddest experience ever & they threatened me that they will stop the car & i took the … – show

    Worst company in uae.terrible service. Make sure to read all the points mentioned on the contract before signing it.
    Security deposit will take at least 3 weeks to be refunded after many calls and follow up.

    This used to be a good company four years ago, but now it’s an absolute nightmare. They even ask you to pay the deposit in cash and then they will return it to you, eventually, after 20 days. Lol

    The worst car rental in the world
    They book 1600 SR from visa card as insurance amount, they returned only 1,467 SR to my bank account!! Not to my visa card account.
    Asking too much private questions while I rent the car like (hotel name/room number).
    40 minutes to rent the car from the office.

    Indigo Rent a Car is one of the best Rent a Car company.They have good cars for rent and taking good care of their cars.Their rates are also the cheapest in the market and have a very professional staff to I’ll highlight Mr FAWAD from JLT branch handle the inquiry and in case any complaints.I have personally used their services more than a year and very much satisfied with the service.I would highly recommend them for rent a car services.

    I got a great car of year 2022 and at a good market price from Daniel — he is very professional, smart and customer oriented. Whenever its requested (i got some fines) — he replies my messages and calls very fast and solved the issues. I also spoke to Daniel's colleagues and their service made me suggest INDIGO RENT A CAR to my boss and my partners and customers.
    Thank you for my beautiful and fast NISSAN. After i save some money — i shall buy it out from you for myself:-P

    Never get cars from this cheating company!
    there is a guy in the Business Bay branch who is angry and does not know how to treat a customer! HIS NAME IS ALLEN, he always tries to cheat on you by charging you some amount once you want to return the car he always finds something to annoy you and charges you extra. I would never rent a car from this company.
    he charged me because he said there is a stain on the car seat which I really don't know where it came from!!!!

    At JLT branch, The lady with turban was terrible. I came to drop the car it was a old car. She complaining so much and acting funny. Be cautious with renting with Indio. Though they rent out the cars for cheap prices they are very cunning and big time scammers. Not genuine at all. Just because they are cheap don’t rent with them. Very bad and ugly experience we had.

    If you want a apply for job here please select any other company. it's totally waste. Salary is to low and senior management Behaviour is to rood. Please not work and Deal with indigo rental Car. They are not professionals.

    I find it hard for me look for rental company to accept me as I am a newly passed driver. However, Indigo Rent A car is very open to such case and understanding.

    I rented a car in khalidiya mall abu dhabi and staffs were accommodating and helpful.

    Car cleanliness: It was absolutely clean and have used there new car.

    Thanks to the helpful staff Wahid Ullah and Mr Rizwan (khalidiya mall) for my first and great experience.

    Definitely recommended and will rent again soon.
