    Made my trip to Dubai 10X better. Felt welcomed by the owner who also was from Canada. Although it was a tight situation for me to rent a bike due to my licensing situation, they still managed to pull some strings and have me on the road riding one of their BMW bikes. 800cc full of joy and god damn what an eye catcher that bike was.     Truly disappointed. I have rented a bike since May 2021 and was asked to put a deposit of 5K AED which I did through my debit card. Unfortunately I haven’t received my money back till this moment 1/4/2022 hence I returned the bike on great condition. The Managment asks me to chase the bank using a receipt that proves nothing and the bank asks me to chase the company and I’m in this back and forth since almost one year.       Hey Ahmad. Just saw your post. I'm sure that you received your money from your bank. It is always complicated customers receiving their deposit back when using a debit card instead of a credit card. We never process the deposit as a sale but we only block the deposit amount on the card. This means that the money blocked is never deposited in our account as it's simply a block.     The best bike renting place in dubai.
    It was my second time there and im very happy with my bike. In the evening i had a technical issue with a bike and get instantly a new one. Everything works really good and fast. This was not my last time

      Thanks Majed for your feedback. I just want to clarify to the readers that the insurance is not 5,000 Aed (about $1,300). This is the refundable deposit which is released from your credit card 10 days following the return of the motorcycle. Renters have the option of buying “Limited Liability coverage” for 75 Aed/day ($20) which limits their liability to a maximum of their deposit amount.

    What an amazing experience. Enjoying the ride to Fujairah as a passenger. My partner and I joined a tour to Fujairah and back (5h tour). We stopped at lovely hotel for a coffee enjoying the scenic view, quickly visited a tourist attraction and we had lunch with a view In Fujairah. The ride will lead you through deserts and great mountain roads.

    I was in Dubai working at Expo 2020 and Mr. Serge bent over backwards to make sure I could fit an amazing motorcycle experience in with my crazy schedule. The bike was great and the check-in experience was quick and easy!

    Amazing service!
    I have my own motorcycle in Dubai. My brother was visiting me, and he rented an Harley Davidson Nightrod. Serge the owner is very friendly and his employees were super kind and gave us a good service. Prices are fair, great selection of bikes and all well maintained. Highly recommend their shop

    Very good Service
    I have rented the Harley Davidson Nightrod, the bike was in very good condition and cleaned up. I had a nice experience at this shop. The employees are super friendly and did everything to make me happy.
    I would highly recommend going here.

    beware they do not have full face helmets. Make sure you take the bike for a ride and check that the speedometer works before you rent it as I had a very bad experience with the bike.

    Great place to rent a motorcycle. Professional staff who can help you decide which bike to go for and also reasonable prices. They take their job very seriously and they won't try to rip you off like a lot of car/motorcycle rentals.

    Highly recommend!

    Just one small comment, kindly make small modifications like phone charger to be available for free on your bikes.

      Thanks Ali for your positive comments. And yes, we plan on remaining honest with all our customers and that's certainly one reason why our customers keep coming back. Sorry about the mobile phone holder/chargers. We still charge a small daily rental fee for it. Let's see in the future.

    I was so excited to rent a bike from them, so I texted the cell number that they provided in the website, the guy name was serge, he barely answer my questions about the bike model and the insurance!!!, it's so rude to ignore a potential customer, didn't like this treatment and for sure will never rent from them or recommended to anyone..i mean this how they do business?!!..just answer the customers questiones or don't put your number in the website if you get irritated from people contacting y … – show
