I Called “Service My Car” Friday at 3PM to book aircon service/repair on my Merc GLE AMG. Was told they wud look at it Saturday when the workshop opened but would pick up the car Friday evening. By Saturday noon I had had 3 conversations with two different persons. Was told they would send me a “diagnostics report” by Monday evening. Told them it's a simple aircon issue, either the compressor is broken, system out of gas or gas is leaking. Takes maximum 5 minutes to do a pressure test and trouble shoot a car aircon in a modern car. Was told the car in the workshop and waiting to “perform diagnostics test” and I would get the report Monday evening. I kept challenging them about why it should take them 48 hours to make a “diagnostics report” on something that takes 10 mins to do — all they could do was repeating the same answers again and again like robots. I told them to return my car Saturday and was sick and tired listening to their rubbish about them needing 48 hours to do a “diagnostics report” as if they were performing brain surgery. Had I left my car with them, I would have wasted Friday to Tuesday or Wednesday before getting it back. Their people just keep lying to get cars sent to them for repairs and hiding behind some utterly ridicules “diagnostics report” which in my case would be a one or two liner; either compressor broken, no gas or gas leaking. I could have driven the car to anyone of more than 500 repair shops in Al Quoz myself and have it checked and repaired on the spot. I'd never recommend anyone to waste time on this company.

25th to 26th August (nothing got done and i asked them to return my car)
Non professional and incompetent.... If you want to waste your money, time, and deal with unprofessional technicians then choose SMC.
Before you read through, just note that most of their reviews are fake or botted. They even posted a couple of repeated ones just to overcome the bad ones. (see 4th attachment)
There’s no proof whatsoever of what parts were bought/replaced or if they were really genuine or not. No pictures or invoice from “official distributor” or parts “supplier” for the parts. They only share their own invoice which they can write anything in it. It does not include the code or name of the items. When I asked them to prove which parts were replaced or if they were really genuine by sharing their serial numbers or codes, they denied claiming its for internal purposes only (See third attachment)
Thirdly, their process doesn’t seem streamlined or professional, you will get bothered by whatsapps and calls from different employees from different departments. Only 1 engineer or account manager should be coordinating with all these departments then contacting customers for questions/updates like what any other reputable service center does.
Now lastly, but the most critical point, the main concerns that I had with my car that I clearly mentioned on the comments while booking where never fixed or diagnosed. No agent spoke of it, nor did the health check or report even mention it. All the parts that were highlighted or needed to be replaced had nothing to do with my main concern or why I even booked a service in the first place!!! It’s clear that SMC was just following a standard of services without treating every customer on a case by case basis or taking a customer’s comments into consideration.
Now I have to take the car to another service center to check my main concerns as I feel I only wasted time and money with SMC.
When the technical lead called me, I asked for a refund but they ignored my request. I even told them I will raise a complaint to DED consumer rights, he carelessly said go ahead do what you want.
Highly recommended to anyone seeking exceptional customer service and mechanical repairs. Very professional and prompt end to end service. I'll be back. Thank you.

They tracked down and fixed an oil leak. The job was performed efficiently and the vehicles engine was left clean and oil free. All experiences at have been excellent and good value

It’s the most frustrating service I’ve ever used,after they kept my car at their garage for over a week with repeatedly following up, they came back with unbelievable quotation, they charged for diagnostic 2600, without repairing anything, then i had to cancel the repair, they brought the car with undrivable condition, thE steering wheel was off balance l, which almost endangered my life, awful service.

When I called, the gentleman answering the phone, He was able to identify the problem immediately. My car was booked in the next business day and problem solved. I have NEVER experienced such a remarkable customer service experience. I would totally recommend SERVICE MY CAR at Dubai! Staff are friendly and efficient. They are the cheaters, I gave my car for service, my car was before with Al Habtoor contract and it was well mantained by them, now I try with Service my car, they put lot of faults in it and ask to go for repair. they are recovering their money by this. i refuse to do the repair they put some faults and return the car.

I used them 2 times, first time was ok except that it actually takes 3 days to do a job that takes 2 hours. On my 2nd time they kept the car for additional day on the bases that changing break pads takes and extra day and then they returned the car without changing the pads, it should be a something to make car service easier but it actually make it more complicated,

The attention to detail on repairs is amazing. Went in for a simple bumper replacement and small touch up on fender. The guys made sure the color matched properly and painted the other fender as well to match the color.

Very professional from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the moment I picked it up. Everything was completed in the time frame that was stated. The finished product on my vehicle was absolutely amazing. One amazing thing is the staff actually show you exactly what work was done on the vehicle and give a good breakdown off it.
