Bad experience, they double the price's on every single thing. They add tax's on every thing you do,& you must return the car with full petrol, they talk to you nice before you sign the contract & you feel trusted and then after paying the Deposit they start to scam you and add fee's. Please pay attention

We went to them to rent a car, waited in line for 1 hour, just to be greeted by the front desk employee and told to visit the website and inquire via the chat box because apparently he doesn't have access to thier system and check what cars are available and the price!! What a stupid system they have! There is no concept of “Speedy” on them! We are there physically and ready to rent what they have available and yet we have to go through all those process of chatting with someone in the chat box!

Team is very unprofessional and rude! After 2 months or renting car I was trying to get back my deposit. Poor communication, phone of the office never answered my phone calls! Was my first and last time to rent vehicle in that company.

They don't refund the deposit on time. Keeping it with them even when it's overdue. When asked to refund they rudely say “it is not overdue” instead of refunding it. Disgusting business practices.

they create contracts and break the contract with all your banking details without notice. they are doing fraud in the country like UAE. Customers must be aware. i happened to us too.

Honestly speaking only because there is Expo 2020 they spreaded the price of my rented car of 200 more dhirams after 1 month of rent and I gave back the car to them....do the same please don't rent the cars and you will see how they will go down with the prices that for my car usually is 850uae they took 1890uae 1 month and the next they asked more.....stolen money from Tourists is the specialty

I haven't received my security deposits yet. When I contacted their customer care they told me that I have to wait for 21 working days. But the 21 working days is calculated very strangely. Even though they are working on Saturdays they wont consider Saturday as a working day, while returning the deposits. They told me that they will only process the request after 15 November which will be 31 calendar days from the day I returned the car. I suggest Speedy drive to make it clear while booking.

This was my worst experience ever. they confirmed the availability of the car and requested all my documents and two times they replied that the car still not available and will reply shortly. 2 days I'm waiting the car with no service. Never deal with this company

This is genuinely one of the worst car rental services in Dubai. I have had many experience with rental companies so I can accurately differentiate between a good and bad service. They false advertise their pricing. For over 4 months they advertise 28 AED/day car. However that is false and every time they ask about it they continually say it’s not available. I have checked with several people who have rented from them and they all confirmed the false information.
They take over 1 month to return the security deposit while ALL dubai rental companies return your money after 2 weeks and 3 weeks within the latest.
They’re cars are all dirty and smell of smoke. I had the first car exchanged due to dirt, and still the second car came and it was even dirtier.
Lastly, they have the rudest and most unprofessional staff, they hide so much information, and are rude in their phone communication
There are many good rental companies in dubai and with competitive pricing. I suggest you go elsewhere, most of their positive reviews are fake anyways.… – show

They are advertising 28 Dirham daily car rental which they don't have actually. they are saying they had a 2013 means 8 years old car which even currently not available. and this rate is on monthly rentals. some thing is their punch line to attract customer which they don't have, just time waistage
