    DISASTER!!!!

    Bought a ford eco sport and within one month, engine broke down. No one from Vesla took the responsibility. Very poor quality cars and customer service. It is a faulty car and would never recommend anyone to buy. Huge loss of time, effort and money. Complete DISASTER

    Highly recommended this show room, so professional,specially MAJD the sales man, he is always present in WhatsApp answering all kind of questions and doubts, I'm happy with this experience, and I'm gonna advise everyone to visit them, affordable prices and very good service

    Professional, friendly and super helpful team at Vesla pre-owned are highly recommended, you should look for Hussam as he was fantastic and took all the hassle out of purchasing a pre owned car that fits exactly my need and budget. Life is too short to worry, you get peace of mind, speed and convenience. Great job Hussam keep it up.

    I bought a Nissan Altima from Vesla Al Quoz about a month back. Very disappointed. I have yet to get the new Insurance copy of my car as well as the service history papers of the car. I have called the salesman (do not want to name him) several times, and they promised that it will be sent in the next few minutes, but they never delivered it. I request Vesla if they read this feedback, to send me the documents immediately.

    Very positive feedback for VESLA MOTORS
    Thanks to the professionalism and the kindness of Abdul i finally found a car that suits my needs and my budget. Abdul has been very attentive to my requests and the fact that it would be my first driving experience in Dubai. He explained me everything and took this extra time that car sellers usually never take. Massive thanks to him and the whole company. Will definitely recommend

    Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get a mortgage with lots of help and support from Gentleman Majid to get the right deal.
    The attention to detail provided by Majid was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. He is a fine ambassador for the company.

    Wonderful and Hassle free service. Very professional team especially Majd and Hossam. They both ensured our queries were answered. Very clean cars and well looked after. The showroom is very nicely built aesthetically. Team is very friendly and we surely recommend them.

    Great set of people with good customer service and professionalism. I was impressed by their commitment to the agreed timeline and quality of work. Just bought a ford so will see how it works out in the long run but during inquiry, purchase, payment and handover it was very smooth and efficient. Certainly recommend Vesla!
