Tried to renew my insurance twice, first by WhatsApp and then by email. On both occasions the customer support initiated the process and then ghosted me completely. Called their support line, someone promised to check on it and called me back Never got that call back. It’s time to change insurance companies, since Al Sagr seems not to need customers anymore.

The worst Insurance company in the whole world. People please stay away from them. We have been in the court with Al Sagr for 14 months now. They are completely incompetent, liars and scammers. One star is too high for them, but there is no option to give lower rate.

The worst Insurance company that I’ve ever dealt with. Lack of proficiency, integrity and customer care. Took them almost a month to approve my car repair. And when insisted on getting a rental car according to my policy they sent me a Hyundai Accent in replacement of my land cruiser. Immediately, changing this insurance provider to a reliable and professional one.

The worst Car Insurance ever, i made an accident in January at 5:30 pm, called them for support and the first surprise that they are not working and left with my car in the mid of the street, second day luckily they picked up my call and took the car for almost a month and after this month the car us completely wasted i checked with Garage they are dealing with, the tyre changing budget was 50 aed can anyone imagine the quality of the work. Now I’m selling my car with half the price cause of them. Never ever try to deal with them.… – show

RTA shouldn't be doing business with them. Got my insurance at the rta centre and it turned out to be this company. Once you purchase a policy, their job is done. Good luck getting any service from them.

I wont recommend this company to anyone. Please save the hassle and get any other insurance. Been waiting for my car for three weeks now just to replace two bumpers and its still not fixed and the new bumpers they put on was worse than the ones i had on even after my accident. just a dreadful experience and no one wants to help you at all.

no stars..... i swear this is the worst insurance company. waiting for refund for last two months....when i call the head office they sat call the broker.... then again called after a month..... i am really frustrated with this people… i dont know what kind of customer service they have
