Komal and Harish are amazing. They are always friendly and ready to assist by providing speedy service. I used to recommend to choose cosmos to my friends bcoz of service is fabulous and they care everything in details

Their customer service is great and they offer diverse products.
SNEHA was very helpful when I took medical insurance for my family way back in March. She presented very good options and when there was an error in the premium calculation, she was able to rectify it and reduced the price.
DILEEP also helped me when I needed an urgent car insurance. I purchased my very first car in June and I would not be able to expedite the title transfer without his quick processing of the insurance.
MANPREET SINGH reached out to me a month ago offering me life insurance. I've found it reasonable to avail for it to have more security for my family. However, my busy life dragged the application for a month. Yet, Manpreet was very patient thoughout the process. I commend his long patience.

Very very bad service, one of your insurance agent name Mr. Dilip Bansad is lying me everyday and still after 30 days I can't get my family health insurance cards. Everyday he is telling me a new lie and everyday I need to spend more than 1 hour running behind him. He took all money and still no service provided. Please contact me if you want to provide some assistance.

Worst company ever in UAE, never work with them, no one will support you, and it will take forever to to deal with them, you will not receive a replacement car even if you have a full cover insurance, there operators will keep shift responsibility to each other! Never ever deal with them, I am absolutely disappointed! Can’t wait until my contract finish to move on with other company.

WORST EXPERIENCE with them. Never Recommended to anyone!!!
They never returned back the Car Insurance Money after cancellation even after providing them all required docs. on time.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your policy refund is provided by your insurer and not by us. Whilst we do facilitate it on your behalf.
We tried to trace your policy details against your name, however, we were unable to find a record.
