    For business banking — poor level of competency, outdated banking procedures, speed of service, poor functionality, poor website, no mobile app....the list is endless
    It took 3 months to open a business account at NBQ and 7 visits. The low level of competency among the staff was staggering (assume training). Errors were made in set up so account could not function. It was like banking 20 years ago. No consideration of environment as I must have signed over 40 documents. If you are a business owner do not even consider this bank!

  • I have my account here where in fact may salary is being debited tru here. And icame home last year for vacation and of course i will run out of money. And when i came back to dubai. When i try to deposit on my account tru the machine,they wont allow me for some reason i thought it just a technical issue so i try several time and several days. And still i cannot. So i decide to call customer service and inform about the issue. And the guy told me if the account is not in used for 2 ‘mos the acc – show
  • Very pathetic, poor and slow service, non of the staff is helpful, they just keep sending you from one point to another but no one solves the problem!
  • The slowest service ever. 4 tokens handled in 60 minutes.

  • Worse experience ever, they won't tell u everything at one time, u will have to go again and again to cover their own fault....
  • Very very bad services here teller only one counter working below 20000 and i have to take cash from cheque 3 days now i cant… 1 customer service time minimum 40 minute, for token we have to wait 3 hr really really very very bad services pls my brothers and sister dont open account in this bank if someone feeling i am a lier.. pls check it this bank between 2 metro stations burjuman and al fahidi (burdubai)
  • Not enough Customer service employees. Waiting time is one hour for only an enquiry.

  • NBQ Bank is among the good bank in UAE which does not require any minimumbalanve for the company accounts and the services are very good.
  • In bank street from exit 4 of burjman metro station just walkable distance

  • This bank never advertises their services, nevertheless the ATM can withdraw money from cards of other local banks. I have not used their teller services, hence can't comment on that.
