Compromise on 24/7 Road side assistance. The number 8004101 is continuously engaged on a Sunday, unable to get any help in reach! Imagine if it was a critical issue.

24×7 Road Side Assistance on 8004101 not able to get through on a Sunday, number is continuously busy for hours together! No help whatsoever!
I have been a customer of AXA and RSA and till date never had any issues with their roadside assistance. Subscribed to Oriental Insurance this year and I have been calling all numbers since morning for roadside assistance and no one picks up! The website also does not have any details of the toll free you can call for roadside assistance. The first experience with them is the worst I have had in UAE. Will switch back to AXA or RSA during the next renewal. Must say, this has to be the worst in UAE. Even small time insurance brokers are more responsive and have a working website and telephone system.… – show

Old Established company in Dubai, would recommend for all your insurance work
One of the worst insurance ever. I renewed online and then they suspended my policy. No email received for suspension/deactivation. I had to call the call center to check the reason. They told me to submit my husband labor contract and still it was not activated. Then they asked for bank statement and salary slip. Labor Contract is Government Document and they still don't have belief. Renewed in July but deactivated till date. Worst Customer Service.

Kindly confirm if you have insured with 'The Oriental insurance co Ltd' or 'Orient Insurance'. These two are different companies. Requesting you to delete the review as it is not pertaining to us..

I had the best customer experience from the time I logged in the claim post accident of my vehicles. My claim was reimbursed on time as was mentioned during my initial dialogues with the team who supported me. I had no bad experience of follow up constantly without response from the team who handled my case. Highly recommended, and I shall be opting Oriental again for my new car

Highly not recommend, This insurance guys share you a list of hospitals before purchasing insurance, once you purchased and if you go to any of these hospitals they don’t cover insurance. This guys are literally cheating everyone don’t get in this trap.

Comparatively very good to opt for online insurance. If you not able to do it staff is very cooperative to assist you to get the required services.

Awful service, they make it really easy to take your money even without documents, but when there is any issue they make it impossible to solve, so you basically have to forget about your money.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF ENSURANCE AT ALL.
