I am writing after keeping lot of patience. The most pathetic experience I have ever had in my life in terms of customer service and dealing with tasks. I surrendered my SIP and submitted my full set of docs on 16th of July. While submitting I was told the process will take 4 to 6 weeks. Sometimes it goes upto 8 weeks. Firstly I never understood why so much time… they have invested in some funds all that has to be done is sell and tfr the money. Nevertheless I had bo choice so kept waiting. We are at 12th week after submission of docs and I still havent got my money. There is no one to reply. No one to explain why n what is happening. The worst insurance company and most inefficient system of settlements they have. Completely disappointed not sure if my money will come also or not… – show

Same answer to every customer we are very much sending emails on same ID it's just you people are dragging matter for no reason. At time of taking money it takes seconds but when time to repay u need 10 weeks to process and 20 weeks to answer. Very very bad exp I to open business account I had to take policy for 5 yrs for yearly 12k 5 yrs already finished I want to withdraw now I am asking to send statements since 2 months there is no response. No one is responsible to answer Would not recommend Don't go for any policy or insurance with them… – show

I have bad experience with this company I made life insurance and they deduct first month two payment, and they told me they make refund for the extra payment and I was waiting for long time,and when the other month was came they deduct again payment and not return any thing, company without credibility.
As informed earlier, the refund for the erroneous debit is already under process and is expected to be completed within 10 working days.
In reference to the premium that has been debited yesterday, this is towards the monthly due date of the policy and will be allocated towards the September due date.

Poor customer support They only response on call when you select extension as new customer but never response on existing customer with long waiting calls Today we request to withdraw our policy today by visiting single tower office and they said it will take 12 weeks. Will update about my further review after processing
Edit: calls many time but calls is getting put on hold and no response. last time I get call on 8th August 2022 and person give me extension number to reach him directly but this company does not have proper support no option to dial extension number. they told us they will send valuation in 7 days but not get any reply.… – show

Very poor customer service! Not recommended at all. Its been 9 WEEKS NOW and my claim has not been resolved. Full of promises only. Do not be fooled by this company.

Very bad experience with this company. I decided to withdraw my money deposited. Full Surrender… Huge loss, for premature withdrawal. Got 1/3 of what I put in. They blame it on service charges and other financial services. Truth is, they never invest your money properly. There is no proper management. They are closing their insurance arm for sure. Previous office is missing. My advise to seriously consider withdrawing what you put there. We all get trapped when they send these “poor” agents who beg you to start a policy. You try to do a favour and then within 2 years they already fired these agents. Now you are stuck with their policy for the next 15 years. Avoid any of these insurance companies. None have delivered what they promised. IT IS A LESSON IN LIFE....NEVER FALL FOR SOMEONE WHO FORCES YOU INTO ANYTHING WITH PROMISE OF GREAT RETURNS.… – show

I would have given 0 rating or -100 rating if it is there. Union Insurance Super secure is fraud scheme in the name of investment. This policy sold by RAK bank and if it is sold by union insurance no one would have taken this plan.
Everyone who invested in Super secure I request you to ask fund statement every month. It shows how they cheat customers.
In this policy first 15 months premium taken as establishment charges and no one explained this. Either rakbank or union insurance does not inform this. It means for 1000dhs premium plan, 15000 dhs take as establishment charges. So if you invested 60000 dhs 1000dhs x 5 years, you are actually investing 45000 dhs only because 15000 dhs taken as establishment charges, every one pls be aware of this.
If every one see fund statements they can see that the number of fund units getting reduced compared to previous month. THIS IS ANOTHER SCAN THEY DO.
L They reduce the units to show loss. 25% of customer taken as establsihnent charges. Every customer will get loss as union insurance reduce the fund units and charges.… – show

Iam writing this review to warn anyone who wants to invest in their super secure policy, Kindly beware and save your money, this company is not trustworthy and pathetic customer care, they take ur money make profit out of it and give you -ve returns. You can see how they have accumulated reviews and there is a pattern to it. I was compelled to buy their product as a courtesy to open a business account for my company, Union insurance is very religious in deducting ur premium but they dont send any statement as to how ur policy is performing because they dont want you to know. At the end of the policy term comes the shock, I was told that my policy has fetched -10% return in 5 years, and I was made to wait for almost 3 months to get my whatever remaining principle amount and that too with relentless followups, Despite world markets post pandemic recovery this policy is fetching -ve returns, Can you believe it? After seeing all their reviews I realised that there were hundreds of them with the similar story, that means they have a very clear pattern to dec_ive your money, Once the policy term is finished they will not respond to your Emails or take phone calls whatsoever, I had to send an Email warning them to raise a complaint with Insurnance regulatory, Stay away from them guys.… – show

Worst Insurance Company I have dealt with ever. They dont take calls or reply to your emails. I have not received the funds status update for last 4 months and I have been asking for my fund status statement for the last 45 days and no one has responded. ipops email is a another diversion technique. I have been mailing them with out getting any response from them for so many days.
Even when they are sending the statement they send the value which is one month old. Which company in this world in year 2022 cannot get the fund value status on a daily basis? Other funds where I have invested can give me fund value online on a daily updated value basis. This company looks like still working in 1800s
If any one want to go for insurance my suggestion is to please go for any other company than Union Insurance… – show
