This venue offers free hair cut for models in Beautypass app. I reserved it and it took one credit (as a deposit) from my app wallet. In the app, there is said that my reservation was complete, I only needed to call their number to arrange a certain time (they have there that it’ll be between 3-6pm). First time, no one picked up. I wrote on their whatsapp (that is mentioned in their instagram bio for appointments), no answer. Then I called second time (2 hours be fore the start of my reservation btw). A man picked up, he was very very rude, telling me that they don’t offer anything on Beautypass anymore. I asked what shall I do, since the offer in the app is still active (I mean shouldn’t they inform the app?) AND I lost my one and only deposit coin. He was not willing to help me AT ALL, even though it’s clearly their mistake. And after I told him that I want to solve this problem and get my coin back HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!
Literally unbelievable. Never happened to me before. They offer stuff that is totally fake and make no effort to help you solve a problem that they caused you. Now, I cannot even reserve another salon because they took my deposit coin.
