    Do not use this salon under any circumstances!

    FULLY burnt hair, chunks of hair falling off my head as a result, 4 different colours due to non-trained bleaching skills, ‘don’t worry’ lies, ‘will be as on the picture’ nonsense.

    Quite frankly, this was by far the most frustrating, ridiculous and pathetic experience – I don’t wish it for anyone.

    The so-called ‘Master’ Ari and despicable owner Janice are two incompetent, untrained ‘alleged’ professionals who lie to you and destroy your hair without guilt or remorse.

    Apart from physical damage your hair, their solution to make it better is ‘Here, have a free shampoo bottle’ and say it so matter of fact as if this would solve the issue.     … – show

    My favorite hairdresser Daniel he is not there anymore.They raise the price and didn’t do the same job as before.The lady hairdresser is not the great as I expected.Haircut with hair wash is 180aed.used to be 130aed.

      Hello. Thank you for your review, but I correct you for leaving the wrong information. 1. He only worked as a “trainee” for only three months and quit his job almost a year ago(I already explained it to you when you made a reservation and you said there was no problem)
      2. The ladies haircut price is 150aed(including styling, blow dry) This price hasn't changed for years. 180aed is a special price including shampoo.

    Our whole family go-to saloon. Appointment making is seamless, friendly hairdressers, spacious and easy to find a parking. Ari is very skillful and listens to our requests to achieve the dream haircut ️

    This is ONE of great korean hair salons in Dubai! Three hairdressers are new. especially I got short hair cut today from Jiyoung. She is superb professional and hard-working. She also explains in detail how to dry.

    I would highly recommend her!

    한국분이있다는것에 위안이됨. 한국처럼의 서비스는 아니지만 한국디자이너분 실력은있으심. 그외 네일아트서비스는 비추. 헤어는 한국만큼의 서비스를바란다거나 하는 큰기대가없다면 나름만족하며다닐수있을것같음.

    I was honestly sad that I did not have a good experience with this salon. I traveled all the way from other side of Dubai to go to a stylist who I thought would be able to give me a more asian style cut assuming she knows it very well. I looked horrendous. Can't even look my face in the mirror. I had to fix some parts myself. Though the staff were nice and friendly. But leaving with that haircut really ruined the experience.

    New here and been avoiding all gents saloon hoping to find a good Asian stylist that can do med-long men's haircut. Had high hopes when I made my booking after reading all the rave reviews. But instead of crew cut that I've been avoiding got a bowl cut in this salon instead! The “Korean stylist” was obviously not interested to do my hair and was totally clueless about men hair style. She cut cut cut my hair for 10mins and wash 5 mins then trim bit more for another 5 mins and DONE! Ugliest hair c … – show
