    I went to the Arabian ranches branch, it was a terrible experience. The guy who cut my hair fully smelt like smoke and it was disgusting. I asked for a mid fade, and he didn’t listen to what I asked for and it was the worst haircut I’ve ever got. He finished my haircut in 15 minutes and was not careful and didn’t look like he actually cared. I do not recommend this place as it’s also very very expensive.

    From regular customer to never returning. In recent months their prices have almost doubled, and today having asked for just a shave (used to be 40 aed, now 70aed) I was offered a “blackhead removal treatment” — no mention of price, very much as if it was either part of the service or a minor extra. I got to paying and they wanted 625aed. I'm sorry, what?! I have been overlooking the persistent attempts to upsell shampoo/beard oil/wax etc for some time, but they have gone to a whole new leve … – show

    They always do a great job — after making you wait 30 mins. This is the third time in 3 trips this has happened — won't be coming here again. The permanent excuse of staff being on leave is starting to wear thin.

    Never enough staff, always have to wait at least 30min. Slowest haircut in the history of haircuts, almost fell asleep twice.

    Rather drive somewhere else, you will save time and sanity.

    The barbers in this salon do not wear a mask appropriately. I went in requesting for hair cut and by seeing the Covid protocols they follow I had run out.

    We went for a haircut for our 3.5 years old. He has a sensory disorder. Although we mentioned this, the barber was not gentle at all. We had to mention a couple of times but with no change from him. Our son ended up crying. Terrible experience. They should not offer haircut for toddlers if they are not specialised.

    Was a very bad experience, don’t recommend for anybody. The barber shop, townsquare brand have a very bad client care, the attendant was arrogant and unprofessional. I asked before how much was the cost for the HAIR cut with machine and she told me 25 dhs, which it’s ok, when I was about to pay, she changed me 65, its one of the most expensive hair cut in the world for 2 minutes machine work, doesn’t worth for sure, I don’t recommend this place for anyone!

    Always a good cut but a little pricey. A loyalty scheme would be beneficial and I would come back more often if they had one.

    Unless you have short back and sides, don't go. Little English spoken. 70aed for a chop, you get what you pay for.
