So, I came to this saloon like a model, they asked me to paint my hear free of charge. The arrange time was 10.00 AM. I came there at 10 and waiting for the master 40 minutes. After checking my hear they said that it is already white, but they need more dark to make the wow affect so I can be free. I have only one question. Do you respect people and their time? Am I a monkey or slave that you can use my time like this? So, I think this attitude is not ok and I’m sure that the attitude to the customers are same. If people do not care about their reputation, they do not care about the quality.

Whenever I visit Dubai I always go for pedicure here because it is always the most professional, efficient, precise, clean and valuable experience compared to anywhere in the world. I was welcomed to Wow beauty saloon after getting rejected and Sisters beauty even though they had same closing hours. I appreciated the fact that even though it was 20’ to closing they still took me in for a pedicure, I find this to be an outstanding service. Myleen B. was taking care of my feet and she was absolutely brilliant. She even offered me a tea on arrival. Apart from doing a very precise job, not being rushed by the time but rather focusing on doing a good job, she was also a great companion. Recommended me a few attractions around Dubai I haven’t even heard of. What a lovely soul. I am beyond satisfied with how my nails turned out & she even gave me advice about how to proceed further so that I don’t keep damaging my nails. Very grateful to have met her as she made the whole experience pleasurable.

I have been going to the salon for years now and staff is very polite and courteous.
First, she smokes, doesn't wash her hands, and smells the smell of smokey fingers all the time.
Second unprofessional, I'm sure anyone who hasn't learned to cut hair will be more cautious than her.
Thirdly I believe she did it on purpose and there weren't enough people complaining about her that she was able to stay and work there.
Her supervisor was so unlucky to have such an employee that she had to endure the wra th of a customer for an unprofessional. … – show

店家說替我剪頭髮的人是有資格的。這種技術水準能被稱做「夠資格」？期間梳子一直不停梳在耳朵上，吹風機的熱風兩度燙傷頭皮。
我被氣哭了，店家說這次不收費，並且允諾下次給我換一位。但真的要賠償至少也要替我付我去別家沙龍補救修剪的費用才對。
