حتى اننا أخذنا بطاقة والغينا الأخرى ووعدونا اكثر من مرة بإعادة الشيك الذين اخذوه قبل شهرين وحتى الآن لم يرجعوا الشيك لنا او حتى برائة الذمة

THE WORST SERVICE.
Their lack of service would make you feel that it is a typical CALL CENTER SCAM
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take 9 days to transfer the money to your account! You call them every single day to get proof of payment and they say they have to request it. I called every day 3 to 5 times and they “will raise the complaint” after 6 days, I drove more than an hour to their office and waited more than an hour for a written emai l that I could use. 3 days later, the money was in the account and TODAY… 11 DAYS LATER!! I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PROOF OF PAYMENT OR A STATEMENT!! But when they want to give you the credit card, they will send someone from Dubai to Abu Dhabi to get you to sign but when it comes to them delivering, THEY DO NOT CARE. I will settle this account with my other car and CANCEL this joke of a COMPANY! … – show
They didn't charge any interest there is no fess for anything
really awesome I suggest Aafaq and give 5 star rating
Secondly, this is my second visit for the same bank guarantee, almost 1 hour no one was at counter, the office incharge said he is fed up with this Aafaq counter.
