    DO NOT HIRE SERVICES FROM BIZ. It was horrible from the start. They mislead us with fake prices. They made me close the Trade License in Sharjah because it was cheaper (hiding that it’s not the same as Dubai), but in the end they ‘forgot’ to add costs and they charged me more than AED 3,000 that was in the contract and in emails. I cannot renew my trade license by myself because they add in the contract that only them can renew, so I have no other option to pay or get my visa cancelled. They instructed me to use my South American passport instead of my European and I could not exchange my drivers license and needed to do driving school again. To get the visa, they couldn’t load 3 times my biometrics and I needed to pay 500 AED more to get a new appointment timely. Everyone that I talked to last year has left the company and no one to support me on the agreements. Go to Creative Zone or Trade License Zone, that were honest from the start and I didn’t listen. … – show

    This company is only good in getting your business first with them. At the time of cancellation or any concern, be ready to wait for a long time to get a response. Ridiculous service and cancellation was a nightmare. They will make it look like you are not coordinating with them and that they are trying to assist you. You will not win over them. Once your IN exciting is a NIGHTMARE. We have been dealing with this company for the past 5 years and you can only reach them upon the time of renewal. Funny like how they treat customers paying thousand of thousand of dirhams and not receiving the quality of service.They don’t care about customers satisfaction, only focus on making the business bigger and recruiting new Clients.     Mr. Anas Mirza and Ms. Vera @ BIZ who i have been interacting with from the start and they are the most helpful and kind people who go out of their way within their capacity to ensure that all the work/inquires that have been tasked to them are completed to the best possible way and in the quickest manner.

    BIZ helped us formed our own business here in Dubai. They gave us excellent service and their advisors namely Mansi Panchal and Azhar Shaikh answered our questions and guided us well all throughout the process from Step 1 till we got the Business License. I am sure they will extend their professional assistance even after the license is obtained. I will definitely recommend them to others who dreamed of becoming entrepreneur and entering into business ventures in the UAE.

    Over the past 5 years I have been a customer, it has been hit or miss but during this year, I found that the service levels have improved to a great extent especially my interactions with Patricia Younes and Gilbert Ngoshi.

    Very poor customer services! It used to be a good company few years ago. In the last 2 years the turn to a very poor customer service, consultant that don’t follow up, delays in the renewal.

    Look somewhere else if you want to setup your company with peace of mind, this is not the right place.

    Thank you very much for renewing the expired NMC license. Mr. Gilbert Ngoshi's did a great job by processing it in such a short time. I don't think twice to recommend Business Incorporation Zone (BIZ) to anyone in my cirlce for starting a company, new and renewal of license, processing of visa or any other service at an affordable price in mainland or free zone. Once again thank you Mr. Gilbert for your assistance and support.
