    I will never send my things to this cargo… When i received my cargo box some items are missing. I referred to my frnds but i will not reffer to any one and i will not use this cargo anymore. And my problems are no one can clear. No one reply for my messages. No one help me to solve this problems. Very bad service and very bad company… If any customers seen this message pls dont use this cargo service. U will be cheated … – show

    Very pathetic service.

    Would request all not to use their services as they will only cheat and lie. After sending your goods and paying them in advance you will just have to chase them and they will not pick your calls, they will not reply on your messages nor on emails. While shipping my consignment from dubai to india they told me it will delivered in 30 days and after 70 days it is still not done. I have been in dubai from past 14 years and this is the most pathetic company i came across. S     … – show

    I am using EC cargo for a few years never had any problems with deliveries or orders I suggest EC cargo to my dear friends. Excellent and genuine customer service thanks to EC cargo for the great service provided.

    Worst company in UAE
    My parcel got lost for 4 months and tehy didn't bother to look for it.
    finally they told me to come and pick it from the warehouse where I dropped it.

      Hi,
      You also we're well aware what had happened. The items you brought us to send to India was not allowed to send to India due to customs issues and you were being informed regarding this. Even the invoice was not made for the consignment. So we kindly request you to remove the comment as it is completely irrelevant.
