    Advantages:
    Bad customer service relationship manager please note I'm doing my payment accordingly but they still filing a case against me which is a travel ban I was in the airport came to know I'm travel banned and doing my payment they need to improve the collection department service bad service I am customer almost 20 years for Emirates NBD I do have a medical concern they already know that but I am doing my payment I am life in this country almost 45 years Dubai is my second home The customer relationship manager and unprofessional he needs to improve maybe any additional training terms and conditions and the policy they need improve the service

    They have blocked my credit card just after 5 days to deliver even without telling me that what is the reason the only message that I received is your card is blocked due to the internal policies of bank

    If you are calling them for unblocking your credit card and you are being transferred back and forth between the customer care and collections department, then select the loan option and enter some random details. This is the only way you will be able to speak to a real person. This trick worked for me.

    My credit card is on hold trying to contact them and the number transfer me to the customer service of the bank then again the customer service transfer me to the same number then again transfer me to the customer service
    I could not reach any body since long time

    they don't deserve even the 1 star. they hold the money, get their payment, and keep holding the money. they say you will get your money back in 24H and this does not happen. worst system ever.

    Worst Experience to endure in Dubai on Service. No phone calls been answered. No one to speak to. Bank had better customer service when it was not outsourced..... This is simple outrageous & a crime

    Worst service ever I have been following up on my car for a month now still calling and no response,my car was taken by police by missing 4 payments during corona time but managed to pay all the rest of my loan because of this am being charged double amount remaining was aed 6000 and now being asked to pay aed 14000 and even after agreeing to pay still no one is coming back to me to give me instructions on how to get my car back. Worst service ever in the UAE
