    Very unprofessional! Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! They delivered my items to Ankara, Turkiye. However, not only some items have been broken/damaged, now that I am about to get my itesms delivered to my home address in Ankara, I was informed that they are yet to settle almost $1800 to a warehouse that was handling and storing my shipment in Turkye. Hence, I now cannot receive my items unless I pay $1800 to a third party on behalf of Family Stores! Despite of endless calls and emails to both, Yara and Vikas, from me and the third party in Turkiye, we received no response from Family Strores. I am now filing an official complaint to FIDI and IAM to have this dispute settled and to ensure unprofessional and unethical companies like FamilyStores get penalised for fraudulence. … – show

    I used Family Stores back in February 2021 for international relocation. I posted an inquiry through a web portal accessible for all moving companies. I was approached by Yara from Family Stores amongst a few other moving companies available in Dubai as reaction to my inquiry. Yara offered to come over to my place to introduce their company and evaluate the volume of items to be moved so they can generate a quote.     Very friendly staff, polite and well mannered. Good quality and good value and attention to details was highly observed. I strongly recommend Family Stores for your storage or move. I also want to personally thank Amer for his attentiveness and his support.

    Horrible, even one is star is too much, the person who answers the phone says we will call you back or text back and they never do. I guess they don't need money or their owner is not aware what kimd of staff is working there, poor management.

    I have used FS services from Dubai to Noida (India)- I don't have much to say but firstly i was hesitant to use and wanted someone more popular services but then overall experience was good with them — though i had delay in shipment but some of that may be due to covid and some may be shared container or some may be unknown — but overall i received my items perfectly in good condition and thier Local handlers are pretty good specially Delhi (Nippon Express).

    The place is not highly sofisticated but Amer and his team are on top of their business and would do anything to make their customer happy. Family store is simple and reliable. I would definitely recommend it

    Dil Yara and her team offered an excellent and exceptional customer service on all fronts. Special thanks to Dil Yara, Muhammed Shareef, Bilal, Reda, John, and Vikhas. They were punctual, organized, professional, and efficient. The wrapping and packaging was very professional, and the overall charges were very reasonable.     Thank you to Family Stores. Great service, great quality, good value for money. Due to a misunderstanding we mixed up our start dates and started packing late. Nonetheless, the team responded quickly and positively, put extra packers on to make up the time and got ready for the shipping date. The team were thorough, packed efficiently and utilised all the available space like a 'Tetris' master to get all our belongings in the container.

    I used family stores for international moving from Dubai to Athens, Greece for my vehicle and home goods! Yara was the one to plan the whole process! She helped me to to understand all the procedures and reassure me when I felt like panicking. Family stores did a great job with less expensive cost comparing to other moving companies.
    I want to say a big thank you to Family stores and especially to Yara for always being so professional, responsive and treat you like family and not just a client.

    I’m curiously impressed with the efficient and on-time delivery of Family Stores. My goods returns to my new home in a very perfect ad well packaged condition without any distortion or tears.     Very professional, Palak was very helpful with arranging everything and the team were punctual when they arrived and operated professionally. Vikas and his team are really good. I had a lot of specialist items to be professionally packaged and the team handled everything really well and the quality of packing is very good. Overall I’d highly recommend using family stores cargo — thank you
