First and last! Never again will I use this cargo forwarding. Giving us false arrival date going to mindanao and it is been 90 days already. We are very excited to send the box to give it to our family but up until now we still didn't received it. Also, the costumer service here in the Philippines is poor and very rude in answering us. Not giving us exact answer regarding the status of the cargo.

Very bad service. Package was picked up October 19, 2022 and until now January 12, 2023 still not delivered.

Great service. Jean was very responsive to all my inquiries about the service when asked. My first delivery was on time and I was able to track every stage of the route from start to finish. Prices are also very good in terms of other services. Will definitely recommend to other businesses who are looking for courier services with great easy to use technology.

They picked up my box October 2022, and until now January 10, 2023 and the box is still not delivered. I will never send again thru Mabuhay Cargo.

They pick up may box last September 02, 2022. The box reached the destination October 22, 2022. Thank you excellent delivery! Keep it up! The only thing I is the contact center, they should give the proper and correct box size, so that you don't mislead the customers. That's why I gave you 4 stars only.

One of the worst cargo services, my package was delayed for 6 months with no excuse, they never respond and my family still hasnt recieved my packages. They have so many excuses with no action taken
Agents are very unprofessional unhelpful and rude
I just hope my package is delivered
