    When a precious piece of artwork arrived in the UAE with a badly damaged frame my main concern was who would get the nature of this art work and sympathetically frame it.

    I worked with Alex over many exchanges before he found a frame with the right weight and patination.

    As I live in Abu Dhabi that the painting could be brought down to the workshop in Dubai, the driver wait and return that day with it framed, helped enormously and saved on travel expenses.

    They did an amazing job. I went to them one day before the main day and they were extremely supportive and gave me the best collage frame possible. My boyfriend got extremely impressed. Thanks a lot

    I often need framing services due to my work in Art. I can safely say, I would 100% not go anywhere- but Pickframes ever again.
    The gentleman in the store gave me plenty of options for framing and guided me to the best options to make the artwork look optimal.
    It is a great service from beginning to end (wrapping the artwork well so safely reaching the wall it will adorn) and they are fair priced too.

    Alex is a magician when it comes to the esthetics of framing your pictures or art. He is so professional and honest about his work. We are very happy customers and thanks to him, our apartment looks stunning with all the beautiful frames that decorate our walls!

    Alex has (again) been very helpful. I confirmed an order at almost noon time today and he said it will be ready by tomorrow. But then few hours later, he told me it was ready for collection, it was fast! The size was perfect too.

    My expectations were exceeded by pick frames’ awesome work. Alex is very knowledgeable and promptly provided me with various options for my framing requests.
    Overall, the finishings are impeccable and the customer service with a warm welcome and attentiveness deserves huge credit as well.
    I can highly recommend this store for any type of framing jobs!!

    Alex did a great job with my print and framing a piece of clothing. Slight miscommunication with the design but he was professional enough to rectify it and fix it. Would definitely recommend to others
