Again i went to and visited Melodica at City Center- Mirdif … but yet no reply and nobody even try to contact me after 4 visits to the place, i need my money back!
I called their office to complain for more than one time without any reply and they said Mr Bob will call me back but he didn’t!!
The staff in the reception will not help you out, just change the subject without so much as an apology.
If you want to talk to the person in charge of the store, she would listen to you as customer I have the right to talk, she didn’t give me a chance to explain the full issue!!
If I’m a mother who didn’t count the classes of my kids then the store cheating me!!

When I bought a lot of classes and didn't run out, they did tell me that my classes were going to be canceled
