    AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Completely unreliable. My IELTS speaking test was not recorded and I was forced to repeat it (somewhere else) — it has been an absolutely horrendous experience for me since this happened. Not sure how this place can be associated with the British Council.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience, this is very unusual.
      We have been successfully accommodating IELTS exams at our venues for many years. An IELTS exam is fully supervised by the British Council Team and no technical issues were reported to TEPTH IT Department for assessment. Please contact The British Council Customer Happiness Centre.

    An excellent place to concentrate and write your exam. Very calm and quiet. They had noise cancellation headsets and also the surrounding was super quiet. The staff here were also friendly which eventually boosts your confidence and reduces your fear. Don't think twice choose this centre, coming from previous bad experiences so trust me you will have good results.

    Stressful environment!!!As per the email they sent me, i only need to bring any valid identification card. The two ladies at the front desk were asking for my passport too. I only have my emirates id with me. So i am forced to leave and get my passport. This should not happen to any examinee. Preparing for this test is stressful already. You should indicate what exact ID you will need from us! Passport was never asked by other testing facility. What a hassle!

      We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience – we understand the stress and disappointment that you must be feeling. However, as a Pearson Testing Centre there are specific policy regulations that we strictly adhere to. As per Pearson GMAT ID policy, all non-Emirati citizens that reside in the UAE need to provide their valid passport as ID when checking in for their GMAT exam.     It a good exam center and the staff were very professional. Unfortunately the desk to take the test is cramped and very small. You cannot keep your writing pad and mouse apart. More space is required. The monitor is in your face and a lot of space is kept vacant behind it.
    I would request the center to organise more space for the candidates.

    awesome institute with a very good tutor Mr.Philip and all the staff are very helpful..sorry I can’t remember any names but they deserved 10!out of 11 I will highly recommend to everyone please take the coaching from this institute, if you want to get a good score in your exam.
