    Pathetic service gave a call to the receptionist didn’t give me a call back

    Honestly the only reason of my membership in that place is the distance to my house, the place is not bad but there are no any safety measurements, tools are broken and damaged not safe to use at all see the pictures, I’ve been complaining since April 2022 but no one is listening, the place is insanely busy in the afternoons but in the mornings its not bad. I don’t recommend for weight lifting and bodybuilding lack of machines but for Cardio and CrossFit it is okay.

    I believe that 1 star is too much for this gym! Do not fall for the talk they give you when you arrive! I was told that I will be given 2 free sessions for training and they put it as delivered although no one gave me the training and they kept telling we will schedule it for you…If you ask for help from trainers they will not help you and will tell you we are busy although they are not…anyway horrible experience from me and my friends…Not recommended.

    Right place to do quick group classes. Smart reception for your queries and registration. Amazing instructors. I attended the group cycling classes and all were great. Parking is easy to reach.

    Was pretty good place for visitors. I was staying at Holiday Inn Festival City, and it’s a nice place to workout. Like a 6 minute walk to the mall and Fitness First.

    The water is so HOT and no cold water having a shower is a nightmare
    when i asked they said they are fixing the chiller in 2 days it has been a month and nothing changed at all

    In terms of size gym is big but it lacks the equipment for bodybuilding, there are not just enough machines for push and pull. They have a good section for dead lift and squats, bars and plates are good for lifting heavy. The gym receptionists are very rude and most of the time not audible. Also, they never listen to the complaints of the members. I’ve been complaining about the hot water in the men’s shower for a month and they never fixed it. there’s no steam or sauna and don’t provide towels … – show
