My 3 years old kid was going to CCN international city branch in pre school
He got bitten by his class mate in the class when a teacher and another assistant were there
— Nobody informed us about this
— Fortunately kid informed us once return home and we complained
— We had to use cold pack at home on his hand as marks were visible and painful
— Still no action was taken except a message reply of sorry
— Niether teacher nor branch manager bothered to even call us
After only 10 days, poor kid got bit again by SAME classmate when SAME teacher and SAME assistant were available
— This time someone called me
— Bite was so severe and painful on my 3 yrs old kid's hand that we had to use cold packs for 2 days
— Still teacher and branch manager were busy and not called me or texted me
— I complained over email to higher management but still nobody from higher management bothered to even revert
— Branch manager had to call after email complaint but she was able to provide promises only that it will not happen again
— Branch manager told that they have given a written warning to teacher but she was not able to show me that warning letter
Net net really bad experience, its pure business i.e. after fees are credited, don't think they bother anything much
Educationwise, i will not able to assess much as we were also working on kid at home
Same accident happened twice in 10 days with same kid by same kid in same class when same teacher & assistant were available.
With this, we were totally socked and were not comfortable to continue with CCN hence we shifted to Gingle kids Nursery and so far experience is good with it.

I am stunned to listen to how my daughter pronounces some words in this 2.7yrs of age. The way Ms. Irene gives the feedback to us shows how well she knows her children. Thank you for having her.

But her first day was not that exciting, she actually cried, but the next day she was so excited about the school and even the bus was a big hit since she loves to travel, she is enjoying more than I expected..
School management, teachers and all of the staff are fantastic.. Everything is great from caring to concern to teaching. There were plenty of learning opportunities available..
Lastly, my daughter’s teacher HAGER she is fantastic and in the past, my daughter wouldn’t speak much,but now she speaks tells rhymes, stories, numbers…, of course she’s not fully verbal yet, but she was trying to speak up and tell stories.Definitely “Hager “teacher deserves all the credit for this.
