    Disadvantages:
    This building has a serious mold issue. Upon entering you can smell it and a look up at the A/C ducts will show you all you need. Because of its open floor design the dampness is circulating in all floors. Anyone with respiratory issues should be aware of this.

    Feras Sweets is all time favorite with wide range of Turkish sweets esp Baklava and Kunafa....Kunafa is a must try or you will miss something delicious…Happy eating

    Different businesses in the building. I personally don't really like how the cleanes is managed in the toilets. Considering the presence of f&b activities i expected a higher standard in the restrooms.

    Went to the cycle shop and was back out. Had a nice arabic style food restaurant which i smelt before i noticed. Yum
