    Advantages
    I had visited clinic 23 rd after long time waiting too many patients come next day 7pm 24 th appointment was fixed which I missed and take new token my number was 504 two patients was there after that my number was which is confirmed by receptionist and duty nurse when I enter Docter shaheen lies to me there is another appointment we’re I have to call and u miss the appointment when Nurs and receptionist doing there duty properly lier Docter shaheen started arguing and telling us to wait bec after me there was new lady customer walking to clinic. He is calling that customer and saheen is not professional Docter as per me and very rout to customer and started speaking in other language.. … – show

    When my child had bad conditions if even follow up also they don’t consider as.. many times happened.. all other clinics are different than abeer al noor Al qusais…. Staff nurse and the reception attitude and behavior extremely bad all because of the People going only cheap insurance is accepting there thats only reson

    Very worst polyclinic I have ever seen.
    Al Noor Polycliic has worst token system and worst customer service.
    I am following up for doctor consultations since 3days and they told me finally to visit the clinic today and now they are saying token full and no walk-in or appointment.

    There were alot of people like around 26 people waiting for room 1 pediatrics. They said it would take 1:30 mins but it just took 3—4 hours, it is very slow and we just had to sit.

    We went there in Sept'2022 as my wife was pregnant. This is our first pregnancy. Staff there are very helpful. Especially Dr. Keerthi Menon, who was our gynecologist. She listened to all our queries and concern patiently and addressed all of them. she guided us with all the necessary measure required. She understood our concern and answered every questions no matter how many time we asked it (even on call).     Had a great experience at Al Noor polyclinic quasis. Dr vajeeha (dental) is very good. Clearly explained my condition and treatment plan, very good treatment. And her nursing staff Jisty very kind and friendly approach with patients.

    I have consulted ENT. Treatment was really effective.reception staff are polite. Be aware when good consultation crowd is very high

    I met Dr Shajeela (GP cum dermatologist)and she was really friendly.I was very badly affected by fever and cogh and have chest pain.Staff informed doctor and she personally came and visit me and do the needful with out make me wait longtime.Staff behaviours and nursing staffs are specially appreciable.

    very bad experience from insurance staff UMAIRA,she kept the file aside and keep the pregnant patience waiting for 2 hours to get insurance approval,normally it will not take more than 25 minitus.She has shouted the patience when we asked about insurance.
