    Advantages
    Accessible and Doctors are nice.
    Disadvantages
    Zero customer service from Front Desk and Insurance Coordinator
    Comment
    Bad service from the front desk as they were not attentive. No customer service at all. They will make you wait without letting you know what is happening. If you are feeling ill, better go to another hospital and not this place. I did not feel welcomed and being helped at all.

    Dr. Karifala is one of the best!! He did amazing and magnificent job!! We hade really amazed by his work now is not just a doctor is a family!! He teach us with his kindness and we are great full for him!! And finally I really appreciate all stuffs at DMC for the warm and kind welcoming!! Thank you so much

    We visited Dr. Lana Habash for a general check up and she was lovely in handling our daughter and very informative. She made our daughter and us so comfortable. Highly recommended.

    The dental department for this hospital is a disaster.. when you have emergency they dont care and they will attend to you whenever it suits them..if you want to get an appointment you have go through lots of call centers..and everytime you call they treat you like a new customer..ive been calling the to get an urgent dental appointment from 9am and its 11:30 and still no luck..and dental doctors also are not experienced at all..i had an extraction with them and they forgot to tell me that i nee … – show

    My husband (Mr. Kadri) and I had the opportunity to visit the clinic many times for several dental treatments and have extremely satisfied by the service, the quality of the treatment and the professionalism of the Doctor/the entire staff. Dr Déborah has been particularly professional and efficient. Will definitely recommend Dr Deborah to anyone who need dental treatment!!!

    I had a major teeth infection including dental abscesses, while many dentists I consulted didn't want to consider treating the teeth (all recommended to simply remove them and to place a dental implant+crowns…), Dr Ala Al Dameh took the time to study my case and suggested root canal retreatment on several stages. 2 weeks later, the abscessess disappeared.     I did 10 sessions of therapy with Dr. Ivone Reis. Incredibly helpful and I can confidently say I saw huge improvement with my time with her. The staff were very supportive and helpful in scheduling and re-scheduling my sessions, both the online and in-person ones. Emails were answered quickly for when I needed claim forms or tax invoices etc… Overall a very smooth experience!

    Absolutely recommend Dr Lana Habbash, at the dental clinic. She has been the pediatric dentist for both nt daughter since they were 2 years old. They are now 5 and 8. I am so grateful for her support, professionalism and care. She was able to treat my eldest finally properly after so many in vain visits at other clinics. She is a great asset to the American hospital and to our family. Thank you Dr Habbash
