    Incorrect information given at the time of my request so you can book the service. Once you've paid and blood is taken you are told waiting on lab.

    Was lied to about getting results on the same day. Then the following morning I was told that we did the test too late the previous day but when I enquired I was told its same day for results and when I was told that I immediately gave the go ahead. Now I'm still waiting several hours into the next day … – show

    The best service for home PCR Test I have seen. Paul and Sitara have been wonderful. I booked this service very skeptically as had have bad experiences with some major names in this field. But from the time I called them upto the point where I had to reschedule the test at short notice, these guys have been wonderful. Calm and understanding. Infact the nurse who took the PCR Test was 15 mins early.

    I have found a great support in this team.

    Dr was fantastic and very knowledgeable I have sarcoidosis and a viral infection had left me breathless having just flown in.
    I had an Ecg,cortisone injections a nebuliser with steroids and prescription medication and bloods all done in the confiions my flat.
    Slept well feeling much better today and bloods showed all fine but definitely a viral infection which triggered my sarcoidosis
    Great Doctor and Nurses would recommend highly

    Very poor experience with their home PCR test — data are not stored online — customer is asked to provide the same data each time and exchanging all data via WhatsApp is not the solution if there is no proper system in place that stores customer data.

    Took more than 30 minutes for the team to arrive. The doctor was a bit rude. Each injection needed so SO OVERPRICED. It is not okay to rip people off when they are sick and in need of help. And it has been more than 12 hours since I have asked for a medical note and it is still not received.

    Very bad service. It's a fake type healthcare providers. You might have to find an alternative if you really need any medical services. It's nor reliable at all.

    A call at 18:20 and by 19:00 a delightful young lady arrived @ my home to do my PCR test. Did not feel any 'invasion' other than wanting to sneeze. Best of all the test results will be available within 12 — 16 hours. AIMS Healthcare, what an awesome service and I will certainly recommend you, AIMS Healthcare, to all my colleagues and friends in the UAE. Once again, thank you.

    Very impressive, high quality of service. I was able to book a home RT PCR test at short notice, the results for which were produced well before the deadline. I also received great assistance from customer service executive Ranvir Kaur when I faced some technical issues on the Al Hosn App for displaying the test results

    This company legit saved me from missing a crucial business trip. I called them 7 hours before my flight unsure if I could make it because of a PCR guideline I misunderstood. They immediately jumped into action, working backwards from my flight time. They were professional, fast, realistic and really concerned for me. Whether this process worked or not, I was so grateful for their service. Luckily for me, they were able to generate the results in time (<6 hours) and I was able to make my flight. … – show

    Availed services of Physio Therapist Ms Mukti fr neck & shoulder pain. Found her extremely well qualified and expert in therapy & various exercises during 2 hours sessions over a fortnight. Felt Lot better and relief after sessions.
