I had wonderful experience with Belhasa Driving Institute Jaddaf. My instructor Mrs Rizwana she is well experienced and one of the best instructor in the Belhasa her techniques and skills to teach every student is really unique and amazing. She builds in confidence in the student to drive confidently on road. I was blessed to have a instructor like her. I would highly recommend her not only to all women but also to men to take training under her. I would also like to mention Mrs Sara she took my first Road assessment test she was very helpful polite and supportive she showed my mistakes and also helped me rectify them which gave me more confidence and also the other staff (Ms Samreen) was very supportive while booking my classes and all other assessment test instructor are also very helpful and polite.… – show

I transferred to Belhasa for my final road test, after practising for six months at a different school and failing my rta test twice. I had heard a lot of great reviews about Ms. Nadia, and honestly transferring under her was the best decision I have made. Not only did I pass my driving test, but I began enjoying driving again (because honestly after months of failing I had given up on ever passing). Ms. Nadia was a great instructor, she was kind and patient and ensured that I only booked my next test when she fully believed that I was ready to take it, and it allowed me to succeed despite having to learn entirely new routes as compared to what I had been driving in. Good driving school and campus. I just obtained my driving license yesterday. Instructors, specially Mr. Naveena Dsouza and other senior intructors will really teach and guide you the right way to pass. I recommend this school and instructors, if you want to get a driving license in Dubai. Also recommending their lump sum package, more flexible and you will have many chances to take not worrying that you will pay extra.

Its been close a month that i have got my license but this is something that i didnt want to miss on highlighting.. i would like to personally thank few people at the Centre who have been extremely kind and have gone out of the way to help make my training sessions smooth and informative.
First and foremost a big thank you to Mr. Farooq from the Customer support desk who has been extremely kind and patient all through my learning period.
My first Mentor Mr. Azad who helped me drive through the roads of Dubai, who always encouraged me to do better.
My second Mentor Mr. Abdul Aziz, this gentleman was the reason i cleared my internal and external tests with ease. His teaching technique being the finest and safest. Thank you so much Sir, i wouldnt have made it through without your support and guidance and tips of safe and good driving.

The website doesn't open and keeps on crashing. Whenever I try to log in to attend the online lessons, every single time I face a problem. Sometimes I'm blocked and other times a message appears that my ID or password is wrong. I called them they fix it for one time and the problems continue. I should have did the test and got my license in a while but now it takes forever. I regret registering in this school.

Highly understaffed registration area counters. Average of 20 people being served by 2 staff. Waiting time is ridiculously long.

I really appreciate you guys and thank you a lot for being so nice with me, Specially Malika Tabassum my respect and RTA in charge also my respect. I had a very bad experience in my 3rd final test with examiner Name Najwa Ibraheem Yousef (god bless you if she will take ur exam) she failed me for no reason and she was really rude which is not acceptable! I was so stressed i was really upset about her why she did this to me ((Than i go to costumer care and there was a wonderful women Malika Tabassum she talked to me very nice she gave me water coz she feel what i was feeling that time, thank u again for being 1st of all nice PERSON I appreciate that. Than we informed about this RTA in charge and he told to give some time to check it out. And after few days i got a msg that after reviewing my road final test result changed from fail to pass alhamdulillah… – show

It was a wonderful experience with Belhasa Driving Center — Al Wasl Jaddaf Branch team, specially with my well experienced instructor Ms. Nadia Hina Muhammad Munir who helped me a lot to get trained well with great patience. I just passed the RTA Road Test and it's a truly a great experience. I've been driving back home for over ten years, yet I failed the road test despite the fact that the instructor from Belhasa had given me the “green light” to take the exam because everything had gone well throughout the practise sessions.
Maqsood, my driving instructor, is a fantastic and patient person. He is incredible and has shared so much information with me. However, I had the misfortune of meeting a grumpy examiner lady this morning for my driving test. Apparently, I did not pass the driving exam and must pay for additional lessons (minimum of four hours) and the test again, which will cost around 1,000aed.
She indicated the “major” cause for my driving test failure: 1. The grumpy lady pressed the horn on my behalf because she thinks two men on the road were not walking fast enough. As a result, she accused me for not pressing the horn button. 2. The grumpy lady also stated that I changed lanes too quickly because the car behind us was too close (which is the car turning right with his/her signal on) and that I was confident there were at least two car spaces before I made the move. 3. The grumpy lady was stating that after the right turn with the signal on, I should immediately turn the signal off
She was also annoyed when I entered the car and took some time (no more than 2 minutes) to adjust my seat, mirror, and so on. “You have to react fast, you have to be fast” she said. She asked me to do a U-turn (in a low voice hidden behind the mask), while moving her hand and pointing to the right side of the road. I barely hear it & I asked her politely, madam, if we are going to right turn? “I said U-turn,” she said. “Is the U-turn on the right?” The low voice under the mask transformed into a scathing tone with a high voice out of nowhere.
She lacks both patience and empathy.
To summarize, the test system is really inadequate since there is only one method to state it. For example, if she believes you're wrong, that means you're wrong. Second, there is nothing to be done by clicking the box or entering the score to pass the exam. Everything is depending on your luck, who is the examiner & the mood of the examiner.
This is an unfair treatment for those who have invested so much time and money in learning. I wish that this exam may be conducted in a more equitable manner in the future.… – show

The worst institute ever I saw in my life.My brother failed 4times in a road test while he is a driver from home he got 70 classes also but still. Only they need money so never I will recommend that school to anyone here stop these things.
