    Very slow process. Need to increase the staff and counters. Getting an appointment after 10—15 days is a stress.

    A great experience at BLS international Services, Deira. A good and efficient staff Ms. Anjali Madnani helped us with the passport procedures.

    The worst ever service at this Centre, staff are not friendly, find a simplest and the most illogical reason to ask your you to refill your form several times. Lady at the Counter number 1 has Non friendly behavior towards anyone who walks in front of her. Need to improve their empathy

    Located at building opposite to deira city center #3parking entrance.
    It was not crowded and it barely took 20 minutes for the formalities at counter… Though the waiting time to get to the counter was 30—40 minutes. Staffs are good… Please note no cards accepted for payment…
