    Disadvantages
    The room is not sound proof. Service is poor. The staffs are not trained and rude and very limited so expect that the service would be slow. Staffs think they're better than guests, treated us like second-class citizens. They charge me more and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue. We checked out as their enemies not a friend.

    Great place and very pleasant staff, calculated 8 greetings and smiles from each of the 8 staff met from entering till the reception.

    Im rating Capitol Hotel 1 star because of keeping a very rude African security. He was talking very rudely to me and my friends. Not allowing us to use the lift to go rooftop. His excuse was that shisha lounge was full.

    In the meant time he even allowed 12 more people in front of us to visit the rooftop. Most of them were night club ladies who buys nothing from the hotel.

    1 star because Capitol Hotel did not train their security.
