I will give zero star… very disapointed. coming here with my cousin for his biometrics from 2 consecutive days with provided appointment. realy its not looking that i am in dubai. please someone tell me where i can do complaint for that. The authorities should visit this center to know what's going on..

The worst experience as customer service in the UAE. Women were shouting and being extremely rude while doing the process. I heard the other counters as well, screaming and making rude commects. Its already hard to understand each other with the mask on, so instead of being patient, i was treated if i would be stupid. I am so disappointed, its very unusual in this country.

Today 14/11/21 I visited _the this Centre _ counter No: 10 -in order to fulfill my emirates Id formalities. There I encountered a situation which makes me to write this review. The person who is at counter no_10_ has treated me as if am worse than any other creature he has ever seen. Showing hatred towards someone who has come to obtain a service is unimaginable.

Make sure you have your pcr 48h. You need to wear pants as well. If you arrive early it’s super efficient. If you arrive later be prepared to wait

If I could give -zero for this I would too. I went there thursday and they have down system so they do not accept people anymore. I also heard that you always have down system this past few days. You even told us on thursday that come back on sunday and we will consider your pcr test, but when I get back there. They do not accept without pcr test. They are not consistent with their words. If you did not told us to that you will consider the pcr test, we would have done pcr test before that day. I even go there early to have finger print but that is all that I've got. Such a waste of time and money. Its not even our fault that you always have your system down. Please make up your rules.… – show

Bad experience I came since yesterday and waited hours because they said the system is down. So I came back today but still they say the same issue.

Their system was down for two days, it's active now but they stopped accepting applicants for the day, try again tomorrow.
From what I understand this is unusual, normally you'd be in and out within 10 to 20 minutes.
Seems the 48 hours for the pcr test is also interpreted by some officials as 2 working days, so it can be slightly over that time limit.
There are busses from the mrt station, x28 works well to get there, f09 leaves right outside the office to get back.

Not sure how the branch's system can fail 2 days in a row… Ridiculously poor staff and management. Someone needs to sort things out here. Horrible experience to say the least

The staff there is very irresponsible, rude and not helping. Waiting time also too much in this branch. Too much disappointed to see this thing from such a big authority center.
