    They took 1000 aed for booking and the apartment was not even available, refused to return it and told me to go to police and make a complaint and they don't care. The worst real estate agency in the UAE. before taking the deposit they were very kind and answering all my questions. after taking the deposit they became exactly the opposite. I hope that they get caught by government and their company gets closed and fined.

    Apartment that I placed deposited for, was rented out by other people!!!
    Never give agents any deposit till you sign a contract with property management.
    Brokers of the company 'Abdulla Alshamsi' didn't want to give my money back, only wanted to return 50% of the amount for doing nothing!!! It took me one day by chasing them to return my full amount back.
    The boss of this company is very reluctant, rude thief and teach their employees to behave the same way!!

    Don't rent through them! They took my deposit & didn't book the apartment & problems started also they company # is not working & doesn't exist!!!!

      Never deal with them. I pay the reservation 2,500 dhs. Suddenly, 2 days before I will shift, they increase the rent. And told me they will will return my deposit. They return only 1,500dhs. The remaining 1,000 dhs, they didnot. I hope that they get caught by government and their company gets closed and fined.

      Mohammed Rizwan is the agent I deal with. I pay 2,500 dhs. for the reservation fee. But 2 days before I will shift to the flat, they raised the rent of the flat and the 1,500 dhs and the remaining 1,000 dhs promise me to return the next day. Its alreay 3 months, but still they did not return my 1,000 dhs. I report to police but they told me to complain to Dubai Courts, i complain to Dubai courts, they told me to complain to police, in the end nothing happens. I hope that they get caught by gove … – show
