    Disadvantages
    Pathetic building management, extremely poor maintenance, delays, no customer care

    Hello,
    I'm the tenant of the Al Hashmi building in Warsan, Phase 2, International City, Dubai, which belongs to rocky real estate. I have moved to the apartment 1 month ago only. And still facing the same issue on the same problem 3 times since I moved. The building management doesn't pay any attention on their apartment's maintenance problems delaying requests for days! And after 5 days they send somebody who performs the job in the worst way causing the same damage again and again. They ALWAYS leave the apartment in a terrible condition which the tenant has to clean up as per the building maintenance statement which is ridiculous!!!!
    I regret choosing this building long ago already. And I will never ever suggest it to anyone else around and moreover, will gladly share it with everyone on social media so people are aware of it and protected from this pathetic experience. I have all the proofs of all said above.

    Worst (and very shady) agency I've seen. Nadeem Riaz agent hides seen messages on whatsapp, has hidden a lot of fees just before signing the contract, did not make a single visit of the flat (even if it is is 2mn walk from the agency), do not reply to emails. Just took a check of the whole year + 3150 commission for doing nothing. After 3 months still did not send the signed tenancy contract.

    I don't recommend it to anyone, since the management can not take an action against their unprofessional agents

    The building i lived in was well managed overall. But they are so slow to give you your money back when they owe you 500 aed, and so pushing when you owe them 50.

    Never trust such company, they have stolen all the security deposit. Under silly claim report, team are rude and seems no experience at all on how to speak to the customer.

    There care takers always always pushing to get tips.

    My advice don't go with any building under there management.

    Rocky have quick and thorough responses to maintenance requests. I dealt with Kajal on the phone and she was very helpful.

    The people I've dealt with in this company gave me an impression that they are not knowledgeable in terms of renting in the JLT area and does not take issues seriously

    horrible Maintenance, Horrible and rude Managament, Worst maintenance team ever! They do not care at all about their tenants once we have rented the place, they were extremely pleasant and quick to solve any issues when we wanted to rent out the flat initially, which was all a Facade to trick the tenant and later they show their true side, being extremely unprofessional and no responsive to any of the maintenance issues!

    Respecting the tenants is an important factor in making the tenant happy. As for Rocky, they don't have that meaning. I advise the owner if he reads these offensive comments, that he makes the decision to change the unprofessional tenant management system that maintenance work is necessary from the right of the tenant and others, before the company name becomes worse than it is now.
