    Advantages:
    that I didnt invest more money with them
    Disadvantages:
    Slow, dishonest, rude, sneaky
    Comment:
    Owners have bought units in Seven Tides projects and all are delayed by years, not months.
    They have scam like tactics for example owners are mis-sold units and only given sale and purchase agreements months later where they have changes the unit types and other details of the units.

    Then they cancel the units the owners have purchased, keep the owners money, sell the units to investors for more money and later after years of delays change the unit type back to what was originally sold and do not refund the original investor.

    Bought a Unit in 2020 believing this JLT project is being constructed by a well know developer, however construction has stopped for almost a year with no clear communication on the delay and completion date… Such a disappointment as we are still paying our quarterly installments without seeing any progress… 13% completion in 5 yrs that's a bit alarming… Hopefully we will see some positive news before the end of 2022!!!

    We have bought units in their Seven cities Golf views project at JLT. Since 2018 up to date only 13% progress. Despite the slow progress shown by RERA inspection reports, their Customer Relation team keep replying with the same message since 2021 about resuming work once new contractor is mobilized to site. No transparency in the actual status of schedule.

    Très déçu du service client que refuse de me donner des informations quant à l'avancement des travaux sur le programme JLT seven tides à Dubaï.

    Malgré mes multiples messages, je suis toujours dans l'attente de nouvelles réponse.

    Je n'ai eu le droit qu'à certaines petites réponses de l'agence immobilière.

    Le programme immobilier est prévu depuis plusieurs années, qui a été abandonnée par l'ancien promoteur, puis racheté par seven tides.

    Very bad experience with the customer services and sales person from Seven tides. My friend purchased an apartment from seventies. Return payment as written in agreement. But seven tides developer does not follow the agreement and no apology for not paying back to investor on time. Even no response from email, ins, Facebook LinkedIn. Everything. After investor paid the money. I guess no one care for investors anymore. I can't believe this kind of poor service and sales are still existing in Du … – show

    Very disappointed. I reserved a unit — received confirmation and then in couple of hours they rejected it! I was offered other unit which was 8 floors below the initial one and I had no choice either to accept what was available or loose my money!

    Seems like company works to collect as many deposits as possible for one Unit. Not a great business though!

    Too crowded. Valley parking is overloaded with work. Taxi couldn't reach the entrance, had to walk up the hotel and walk down the road to get a taxi. Small entrance for such a luxurious property and not enough staff to take care of all arrivals and departures. There was at least 5 lines with 5 people in each line at the reception. Next to it is a construction of a new property. Quite noisy one.
    Other than all above, is a beautiful place.

    There is no feedback about the status of construction while usual copy past response from CRM team. There is nobody on JLT site as per my visit today and the situation is the same since a year now. Seven tides is a renowned brand, appreciate a professional response about the current status.

      Please be advised that due to the current situation our main contractors cannot mobilize onsite. Once restrictions ease the project will go ahead as planned.

      Thanks for your comment. Our JLT project will be constructed in two phases — the enabling works and main works. The first 6—8 months the enabling works took place and have been successfully completed. We are now in the process of obtaining the main contractor permits and mobilization onsite.
