    Syed Yawer Haider is a genius! I've been working with yawer for 5 plus years and I personally had a great experience working with him and would highly recommend him to assist you with your real estate and marketing.     dealing with them is a time waste!

    manager and the person in charge are so rude and impolite they talked to me in unacceptable way.
    i have been trying to check an apartment one week and after i prepared the payment the said they want to lease to someone else.

    Mr Salman is knowledgeable and very professional in his approach. He is sincere and trustworthy. During the entire SP process, he always acted in good faith in the best interest of client.

    Mr. Gasim is the best, he helped us to find our one bedroom apartment in Dubai with the best price and they were flexible with us.
    We took the apartment well maintained like brand new.
    They gave me good experience and i felt safe with them.

    Thank you to Mr Muhamad Qasim who helped me a lot to find a new studio for my family! It was a smooth process, and what I like about with our every transaction, receipt will be there, any documents I asked were granted by him that makes a customer satisfied and convinced to purchase with him.

    Great help also for Mr Fasil in every single thing that need to be fixed in our studio before and after moving in.

    More powers to the group!

    We got scammed by an agent named Salman by giving him our booking fee. He only sent whatsapp confirmation after receiving our money mentioning “no refund”. We asked for receipt and he agreed to send after that day but we got nothing.
    Dealing with him afterwards was almost impossible, being rude, telling he's busy and all, still no receipt. So we just decided to back-out with our flat unit with him because we cannot entrust our cheques to him anymore. There's a big probability that he scams peopl     … – show

    Your sales agent Salman is rude and unprofessional. If you notice there is a complaint about the rudeness and lies of this agent 1 year ago from a different customer! He took our booking fee and promised to give us receipt the next day. He never gave the receipt and started treating us rudely. We cancelled our booking because we cannot trust him due to no receipts and he did not want to give our money back. Do something about it!
