    Impolite, unresponsive, unprofessional having to deal with them 3 times i don't understand from where are all this good comments.

    I am so disappointed in this company. Despite all the good reviews here, I had a horrible experience and do not recommend it to anyone. My computer broke down, and I reached out to them. They identified one problem, fixed it, and I paid for it. However, in less than a month, it broke down again. When I reached out to them, they identified a different problem, fixed it, and I paid for it again. But again, in less than a month, it broke down. When I reached out to them for the third time, they checked it out and said there was another problem. I found it suspicious that in just two months, three different things had broken down, but I told them to go ahead and try to fix it. They promised to fix it within two days, but it took them three weeks, and in the end, they did not fix it.

    They didn't answer my messages, and they didn't pick up my calls. That was so unprofessional. When I asked for the manager, the person with the number +971523252808 claimed to be the owner, which I doubt as he was very unprofessional. I hope no one will have the same experience.     … – show

    My CPU was overheating they charged me 750 AED to fix it. Not only is it overpriced, but they didn't know how to fix it and took it again just to find the issue.
    Worst service and no commitment to delivery date. Until now i didnt even receive my CPU and their manager isnt answering the calls for 2 days.
    This is a scam!

      Sorry for inconvenience.I checked with my they they fix your pc and delivered to you after 2-days again you called us and inform its the same issue. My team Re-picked the cpu and they are working on it and testing on it so that no further issues you will face after delivery. Yes the delay was due to for part availability.
      we received the parts late.
      As per our record you called 2-times in morning for 10minutes intervals the sales guy was sick and he is not able to answer your calls but       … – show

    Remarkable service.
    Contacted today, even though it's Saturday, through whats up, they called me right away to explain what was broken, told me the price right away, they'll come to pick up the laptop, fix it quickly and return it during the day. That's my experience and I thank them.

    Genuinely been disappointed by so many Dubai services, but this is the best I've ever used. Used them twice for a MacBook and Samsung screen replacement and both were done to an amazing standard and the turnaround was so quick! Thank you so much team! I'll be using you for any repairs ️

    Unprofessional and less knowledgeable.
    False promises. Lost time waiting and following up.

    Lenovo Y50—70 laptop for repair
    Issue: Blank display with Keyboard lights and fan on during power on.
    Picked up on 10 November to Deepak.
    Returned on 16 November

    As per the repairer, issue was due to Display IC adapter issue. And new one will cost 350 AED plus 150 AED service charge.

    On 14th Nov, they said that fixed laptop will be delivered that day. But, nothing happened.

      Sorry for inconvenience. I checked with Team As per them the parts which required to fix your laptop we ordered but we are no able to get the parts thats the reason we are not able to fixed your Laptop. And we are not charging any thing as well from you. Rest regarding the wasted 1 week time this is repairing field if part is not available no one can fix the laptop. Hope You Understand.

    I had issue with my laptop, with just a phone call, they done troubleshooting, detect the issue and confirm that, they can fix it, pick up same day and returned as agreed with issue resolved and now my laptop is working fine even better then before repair.     My external HDD had a technical issue, it couldn’t read the data stored in the Disk Platter due to its Reader Head being damaged, thus, the HDD needed to be opened and the Reader Head to be replaced by a donor so the data within the HDD could be recovered. Brought it here due to its price being the cheapest throughout the whole Dubai. They did the job in two days, even took lesser money than the quotation they gave me and all of this while being utmost friendly.

    I fix my coffee damaged Mac pro 15inch keyboard with panel from them.Same as my MacBook old part keys and panel everything is brand new and geniun.looks like no difference after changing the part.Happy customer.

    It was very smooth communication with guys!

    They did super job!

    Came to pick up my laptop, and after 2—3 hours brought it back repaired as brand new!

    They answered all my questions, were very polite, all bills were provided as i like, laptop looks like NEW

    Warranty for my screen 3 months!
    I really appreciate! And recommend it to everyone!
