    Advantages
    I liked that they came fast
    Disadvantages
    They're not professional
    They dont know how to deal with customers
    Dhanish will refuse to hear any complaints — even if the appliance stops working after a day — if you call him to come, he will not come — he will delay and say he is always busy — he will make appointments, you wait all day and then say he was busy and not show up.
    I tried calling him several times — he blocked my number

    This is not the way to work

    I WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY! They are very unprofessional — They will come fast, but they will charge a very high rate. If your device stops working, he will say its not his problem and not answer calls — he will even block your number — do you really want to hire a person of this caliber to do your job? … – show

    These guys lead by Danish did a great job fixing my broken washing machine (Samsung) in one day including pick up and delivery. And the price was great. I can really recommend them!

    I would like to warn all the users about this unethical company. I used them for a fridge repair in June 2022 and they told me that they need to replace the compressor and it would cost me 750 AED. They also told me that they would give a 3 month warranty on all their repairs. The refrigerator was collected but delivered 3 days after the agreed time. The payment of 750 AED was made in cash, but the vendor refused to hand over the invoice claiming they have run out of pages in their bill book. Af … – show

    Our dishwasher stopped working. The tech not only was able to fix it, he explained to me exactly what to do if it happens again and how to run the self-diagnostics. A ton of information, a fixed dish washer, and friendly help at a reasonable price.

    These guys are excellent in their work. Last week I had issues with my water filter and I have to call them. They responded very quickly and resolve my issue coming to my place. Someone is saying that they don't respond on time and keep avoiding you but that's not true at all they are very quick and responsive. I would surely recommend them. Thanks
