    Advantages
    Nice products. Cream puffs are the best.

    Rude and racist manager. Irresponsible staff.

    Had a very bad experience at Jumeirah 1 Branch today.

    We usually buy from Sharjah branch but since today we're in Dubai we decided to drop by in Jumeirah 1 branch. We thought everything's fine because we literally pointed out the carsmel cream puffs and we also clearly mentioned what we want.

    We noticed lately that we got wrong product in the big box we got. So we called in the same branch and the manager, Reza told us that we can come back so they can change the product.

    So we came back, but the same manager said they can't change it coz the product is already too soft and that it should've been put to the fridge. It's literally not our mistake that we got a wrong product, and she's been rude about it. She's also a racist talking about my race and the employee who did the mistake has the same race of me so I should understand. My race or my nationality doesn't have to do anything about the situation.
    She's very unprofessional. And as I saw, there's been reviews about the staff in the same branch. So I am sure it's not only me who experienced this.

    She's reasoning that they have lots of customers so that's why they gave a wrong product. And instead of taking responsibility about that mistake, she chose to blame it to us and be rude & racist about it.

    I hope this will reach the management or owner of Afrina Sweets and take an action to give the manager of Jumeirah 1 branch a warning about this kind of behaviour.

    30aed worth of creampuffs is nothing. If she told us in a nice way in the call, that it's not possible we will not even come back for it.
    She wasted our time and upset us when we came back. Very unprofessional. This should be taken seriously.

    No customer should experience unpleasant and racism.

    We ordered a real madird cake for our son's 8th birthday.Their cakes are simply gorgeous!!!! True pieces of art and tasty! they are so good at what they do! the cake designs and taste are beyond our expectations. 1000% recommended ️

    They have the most tasty Persian sweets in Dubai. They have everything you need from 'Sohan', 'noon bernji', 'bamia', nuts, 'gaz', cookies, cakes. biscuits, tea, ice cream, “falooda” and more. They even have sweets with lesser sugar. The staff are very nice and helpful. They know all details about the sweets available. They even have delivery services too.
