    Horrible internal communication system. Their main Call center is not aware that the JLT branch is closed. They happily took the order and informed us that we would receive the order 1 1/2 hours later — which we agreed to. Called after 1 1/2 hours and came to know that the order has not even been processed at their end and that they would not be delivering it since THE JLT branch is closed and the next nearest branch, Marina, is not willing to send a driver to drop the order.
