    Advantages
    Tell us or to other costumer the food not avilable while we getting our order so we know what is not avilable
    Disadvantages
    What we order we should get it if not available tell us in first pls do not use Plastic bag or styro plates use paper bag ang paper plates do not wrap the drinks in Aluminum Foild use paper bag for drinks

    I was in chowking in mall of emarates ground floor order some combo meal but i was so dissapointed coz they give me diffirent food when i complain they said its not available in the first place u should say while ordering the food not available 3kind of my order is not available so they put food that i dont like the other 3 order was fine and pls dont use plastic bag and do not wrapping the drinks with aluminum foild its my firstime to see, Halo halo thats philipino desert too we call halo halo coz has a lot of ingredients like 8/10 kind of topings THEY ONLY PUT is 2COLOR OF JELLO AND BANANA MILK ICE CREAM…verry sad of that day – show

    Cook don't know different parts of chicken i order for leg and thigh and still give me breast. I tell them im willing to wait for 20mins for my order still they didn't give my order right.

    Next time don't put the picture of Pepsi on the combo menu if your not giving it.better to remove the photo of Pepsi to your combo meal if you will not give it anyway…just put the ice tea instead

    DO NOT ORDER FROM this restaurant. I would leave zero stars if I could. When you order its either crushed, spilled or not packed correctly. DO NOT WASTE your money on such mediocre food.

    I ordered beef chao pan with drinks.the serving was very less portion for 18aed.and I ordered lumpia sariwa with pansit canton with drinks again the portion is very little serving good for baby for 18aed.unbelievable.the pansit canton is only one chew as in a very very small portion.no taste at all.the lumpia sariwa is only wrap nothing inside.you guys definitely cheat customers.i always dine in in your restaurant and alway order online but this two i order was really unsatisfiying.and also the – show

    Food was cold and rice was not cooked properly. Orders through noon food.

    Not at all good. Ordered double deals king Chaofan and the quantity received was very small… Halo halo was full of ice cubes only.. regret the experience

    very bad service esp the crew his name is ammir when we ask the value meal or staff meal he gave us the combo like 55dhs we did not ask for that.second he said no more staff meal. i told him how come yesterday i bought and the guy he is very polite.and friendly.this ammir he dont know how to talk to the customer.. very bad really

    Staff has no patience to discuss the order, and the dine in received order was cold, I asked supervisor to look into it she then realize that the noodles are really cold and then ask the chef to make a fresh order. Upon receiving the revise order noticed the noodles were not properly cooked and the Manchurian were still cold. Thus wastage of money and time..

    Their service here in Chowking Mall of Emirates is really bad. Walk-in or delivery service, its always get delayed 30—45 mins. I love Chowking and it's my favorite especially their chicken, lauriat, and butchi. Once a month, me and my wife, we dine here in MOE branch at least 2—3 times. Walk-in, you'll really get annoyed because it taking too much long before you get your food. No joke, we also experimented and try all delivery apps (Smiles, Zomato, Deliveroo, and talabat) and all delivery compa – show

    I have been waiting for my order from 7:52 to 8:27pm and untill 8:30 the order is not yet complete my child is hungry already. This is so annoying since i call the attention of the manager but the manager just ignore me. Is this really how you handle your customer. Store is at mall of the emirates foodcourt. I stayed in front counter till 8:35 waiting. Also the manager cant even handle talking to the customer whose asking for food wich is just a breaded fish.

    To the management of chawking in mall of emerates grount floor, i complain the pilipino stuff there how he well serve the food on the tray he strowing the food sometimes its fill down the food he returned it that a fat guy i ask them in the counters but they dont care,its very bad all costomer saw that and disappointed,

    Been ordering here mostly delivery. Everytime I ordered they dont follow the instructions WRITTEN. Its been 5 times or more it always happened like this. Just want to bring the attention on the Management that to keep their staff on focus. Coz this is ridiculous! I dont know if they ignore it on purpose or what. I tried to call on customer service. I dont know also if Im the one who experience like this. Its acceptable if someone call that the instructions couldn't possibly followed, however no – show
