I experienced an incident with a mannerless delivery boy from j5. At the time of placing the order I clearly mentioned to send 100 dhm change. Delivery boy came without change. Obviously I asked him to go and get it. Upon bringing it to my flat, his ego got hurt that he had to do this up down exercise so he told me “don't order from our restaurant again” Look at his cheeky mentality!!! I just wanted to share it here just in case j5 owner is in this group for their knowledge that their delivery boy named Zohaib is that mannerless guy. I have told security to bann his entry in the building. This guy should be fired for breaking the thumb rule of customer service..

Food is tasty 99% of the time. Had a rocky beginning but now as this has become established the food quality is amazing. I would recommend chicken charcoal or the schezwan noodles.
Muhammed muddasir is consistent in his excellent customer service. Always puts the customer first and thats why i order 5 days a week.

Quality was it good but delivery i wont recommended any one. Will take more than 1 hour to delivery and until its reach you not able to eat. You need to heat up again the food in your oven. Recommend not for delivery better only dine in.

One of the worst customer service ever. Careless staff, delivery takes minimum 1 hour for 2 minute walking distance. Oily food. No dedicated staff.

Dreadful service — served me chicken when I ordered paneer then argued with me that I was wrong. Never order from this dump.

The quality of the food is very good and tastes good! Prices are ok too. But there is one thing I hate about this restaurant is the delivery time. Example: I ordered recently lunch at 3:30pm. (Well now I don’t think it’s todays lunch anymore, probably more like next year’s lunch) Keep in mind I live about 10 minutes away. It was a very small and simple order but guess what? 5:30pm and still not here! I called them TWICE to complain and didn’t get any response! Horrendous! I don’t know what to doif they aren’t responding. Update: Food arrived at 5:45pm. Not happy with service… – show

The food is absolutely delicious and the portions sizes are generous! I am working my way through the entire menu but I have ordered the grand chicken meal multiple days in a row, it's that good! I recommend trying the fresh blended juices and the peanut butter milkshake 100%.

J5 restaurant is my fav one in dubai south. They deliver quality and tasty food..my fav one is chicken pulav,vegetable pulav and biryani..and the most yummiest paneer kadai..i love j5 shawarma too

Worst customer service experience ever
Dear Owner of J5 Restaurant Dubai South,
Please explain about customer service to working people in payment counter
Very rude with customers while taking orders..
Humble request to train the person available in payment counter.
The restaurant still need professional staff to handle the orders. I asked for a takeaway he told me after one hour and when I visited the restaurant it was empty and no rush in the kitchen and most of them playing with there phones. Here the question where is their supervisor or the manger who handling this operation. 13/11/2022… – show

Food was okay, but in terms of price not much competitive. A little bit at the high in terms of price, maybe because of the location and the restaurant was lone to provide this type of service in the community. Hope to have their cost to be in a reasonable scale, now that new restaurants were popping up just around the corners of the community.
