    Just want to say something about the new staffs in kfc Rashidiya Market,,we’re always taking same order for more than a year in this branch but only tonight we know that both windows have difference prices..we used to order same windows but only tonight we paying more amount for our ordered,,because they said other window where I ordered have different prices,,I’m very disappointed for all new staffs there,,I need to pay some amount just to completed my ordered cause they not giving me coleslaw and garlic which is I mentioned to her while she’s taking my order,,they not assisting to their costumer properly,,how come it’s a drive through if we ordered in window and let us waiting our order in parking area,,poor service … – show

    I don’t know why I feel like the old taste that Kfc used to have is slowly disappearing. I used to love Kfc but now I’m not craving for it as such.

    How can this be a drive through if you place the order, pay, go park your car, get down and stand in a queue (wait 10 mins) and collect your food? And even we if decide to dine-in (should have been faster) there’s no facility for that. This needs to looked into seriously.

    They do not even deserve a 1 star. Such a pathetic service. They dont treat humans equally. I parked my car and went by walking to the drive through so I can dine in. I knocked the door 5 to 6 times and was waiting for 3 to 4 mins. No one even opened the door. Eventhough 3 staff were already sitting inside. When I took my car through drive through they opened and treated me normally. So they simply do not respect a person if he is comes by walk and if by car he is a king. Wow hats of to this … – show
