    .Staff very rude no one whiling to help,and they are recently opining this branch

    AlMaya Staff at discovery garden branch (gardens) they are very rude,if want buy meet at 9 pm they will till you no one available,and we closed at 8 pm,and the supermarket open 24/7,don't visit the supermarket for evening shift, AlMadina supermarket open till midnight next to AlMaya

    Expensive and not at all fresh vegetables delivered by Al Maya Sports city. Pathetic service, increased the rate and most of the required items are weren’t delivered. Will never recommend.

    They have nice stuffs ️ but the staffs extorts money from customers by not giving us our complete balance. Is bad for the company, please caution your staffs (Al Maya supermarket Sport city)

    Home delivery is extremely slow. Plus they require a minimum order of which the value is high. A supermarket next door delivers quicker, great quality and the minimum order is also reasonable.

    Service was very poor and unacceptable! I’ve waited for an hour and a half to get what I ordered and the delivery man gave my order to another customer., Needs more training in customer service! Worst branch and staff!!!

    Not-well organised, chaotic with missing prices, especially for the items in the refrigerators. It is not very clean. Convenient working hours, but that's it.

    Billing Staff needs training about customer service, atleast educate them to wish back once customer wishes them, no improvements seen for last 3 years. rest all fine, Definitely one of the best supermarkets around, good and fresh food and to be honest prices are reasonable too, not too high as some say.
