I've been trying to arrange a return for an item I ordered for 4 days now, with no success. Despite multiple attempts, the return has not been arranged.
To make matters worse, during my attempts to resolve this issue, I was met with unprofessional conduct. A staff member/owner was disrespectful, used offensive language, and even blocked me. Such behaviour is entirely unacceptable.
