    I’d ordered 40EU size sneakers, but they’ve delivered 38EU size. I returned them, then they delivered 38EU size again. After that I made a request for return and refund and they haven’t refund my money. I ordered once again 40EU size sneakers and what do you think? They again delivered 38EU size!!! It’s crazy!

    This is an overall review for all my orders. I have bought also shoes but then after paying they will inform you they will not be able to fulfill the order and will not be refunded directly from the debit/credit card. I am so disappointed! not recommended to order shoes because they will only inform you that it is out of stock after making the payment. I only purchased their merch to be able too take advantage of the free shipping but then it will only be their trick so they will be able to sell … – show

    I ordered 2 pairs of on-sale shoe from their App last November 25, 2022 and was delivered on November 28, 2022 with the wrong sizes, I requested for Return/Exchange but they told me when I called them that there are no available sizes as per my requirement anymore and that their App was having “Sizing Problem”, so they suggested for a Refund instead (App e-wallet refund).     I'm wondering why there's a lot of negative comments here in drop kick, but base on my experience i ordered twice online, and both came fast and smoothly. Thank you drop kick for the bomb pairs!!!

    I had purchased some shoes olfr their online store. Came on time and quality is amazing. However I unfortunately lost my job a couple days after and wanted to return the shoes and get a refund… However I was not able to do so because I had paid cash for the shoes. Apparently they can only credit my account to purchase more shoes instead of returning my money which I now desperately need. No effort was made to even assist me.     Worst ever experience struggling to login my account from almost an hour and the link they are sending is like **** wondering how they are running nice n classy stores with this kind of team. Wish i could give less than zero star actually wasting my time only because my nephew likes a pair of shoe. Never recommend to anyone

    Never order from this website… I continuously ordered 3 times from this website 3 different pairs, and it was keep getting cancelled saying it’s out of stock… will never recommend to anyone this site …poor communication and service,,

    I wish i can give them a 0. I ordered some stuff online. First (after paying and confirming my order) they sent an email with no stock of some items I ordered (just to see them on the website later they should adjust it). After that i want to return some items. This is not possible because they forgot to sent 1 item and the whole order needs to be delivered apparently before i can return something. I sent several emails, called many times and have only talked to people who cant do anythi … – show

    Most unprofessional and ignorant service from this store. I order shoes online and it was never delivered, my order was marked as UNABLE TO FULFILL. Nobody informe of this, once i called them i was told that is “first come-first serve” even though i mad my order and it was confirmed. Just horrible. I will never spend my money again here.

    Worst online store ever! Experienced multiple order cancellations as they dont have enough stock and still waitig for the redund untill now. Almost 2 weeks now of waiting. What frustrates me more is their customer service as all of their customer service representatives that I spoke with didn’t help me at all. All are USELESS!
