    I don't have an idea if this company is scammer or no, because i ordered the laptop battery for my daughter last March 01 until today (March 11) i didn't receive my order they always telling they sent already to courier company. Everyday i kept always following up but no one replying to my message in watsapp even in email.
    Guys don't buy or make any transaction in this company.

    Same review as Abed from 2 weeks ago. No replies via WhatsApp (messages are read) and no one answers the phone for several days.

    Shortly will report they are fraudulent unless they come back with a serious reply and correction.

    **Update 30/09: After a few weeks and emails sent, they finally replied. Item was new OEM as advertised. I trust they will ensure they fix this communication lapse in the future.

    I bought a battery for my Dell laptop, they mentioned 1—3 days delivery. it has been 10 days since, nobody responded to my e-mails, on Whatsapp someone responded with “hello” and when i asked about my shipment he disappeared and since then he never responded again. their landline doesn't work and nobody responds over the mobile phone. Worst experience ever. so disrespectful.

    i received the battery, when i installed it is not charging at all & unplugged from charger it cannot even turn on my laptop, im asking for the replacement at first he said will send but until now no replacement, they only seen my message now, poor battery brand

    I ordered a battery for my laptop a far better price than the HP “approved” supplier. The battery arrived but failed to charge fully. Ebuy replaced it without issue and very promptly. Many Thanks.

    This business has a website selling goods to KSA. the product I purchased was a laptop battery that should have matched the picture posted on their website, however what I received was a cheaper generic battery that certainly has an inferior quality. They refused to accept return or replace the product…

    Great and prompt service.
    Firstly they have one of the wodest variety of parts for laptops and pc's.I found the original replacement battery for my lenovo yoga and I got it in 12 hours.What I really appreciatted is that i was in constant touch with Andy and he even helped to find someone to replace the battery for me.
